I went to Dr Twigg's office without an appointment to get a referral for a mental health counselor. The staff was wonderful, Kim Bibb, APRN, saw me right away. I felt so much better and have an upcoming appointment at Baptist Behavioral Health.

Everything but the weigh in???? The receptionist were all very helpful friendly, courteous and helpful from signing in to signing out. The RN Danisha was very professional, caring and respectful. Ms. Kimberly did an awesome job caring for me, listening to my issues and gave me easy to understand updates on her care plan for me. Would definitely recommend this office and staff for your medical needs.

I was so amazed at the personal attention which I received in my recent illness. Lisa and Kim Bibb and the other staff members at Dr Rezac???s office reached out to me with kindness and professionalism. They offered phone numbers to call for questions and for any emergencies which I appreciated. Lisa called me immediately after I returned home from the hospital and made me feel that my health care was important and was being monitored by caring health professionals. Thanks for your thoughtfulness and caring at this difficult and confusing time for me. I appreciate it so much.

I had a 13 minute physical. That is how much time was spent in the room with the NP. The NP appears to hate her job and didnt seem to care about if there was anything I had concerns about. I tried to book an physical with a doctor but was told it was over a 5 month wait.

Consistent errors with records; poor follow thru with patient concerns due to hopping from one patient to another during scheduled visit; received follow up call the day following appointment with an attempt to sell additional procedures which were not warranted or needed???..felt like a ROBO call! I have yet to actually meet the attending doctor as I am only able to make appointments with the nurse practitioner.

Front desk office personnel very attentive and courteous. The nurse who weighed me in, took blood pressure, eye check and went over my medicines etc before seeing nurse practitioner was outstanding. And Dr. Rezak's assistant Kim, very professional, comforting and went over my most recent blood work and recommended a new Losartin-HTZ blood pressure pill. Represents your Company very well. I have been very comfortable with the office of Dr. Kyle Rezac and his staff. It is very easy to talk to a person and get a callback if necessary in a short amount of time. Prescriptions are easy to have refilled and through the portal I can get answers to questions that I have that don't necessarily require an appointment. I would highly recommend this office for care for anybody looking for a primary physician

Stop the money grab. No need to have an appointment for prescription refills. I also had to set an appointment for a referral for an MRI although my insurance clearly state I don't need a referral but I do like Kim Bibb. She sincerely cares about patients and the staff are great.

Need to notify patient of the following 1. Asked to come 15 minutes early for covid test and procedure done in your car. be sure to notify if lunch hours are in effect. Also sign for at lunch show be out up on exterior door so you can see it Door locked and waited 45 minutes before finally unlocked. No problem with lunch just let patient know. Also will abide by rules just let one know. 2. Portal info needing correction on names and phone. Confused between husband and wife, 3. The PA was most helpful and the amoxicillin is working. Process could be lengthy buy My wife had flu and I think Sinus issues for myself. We have three days left on our prescription's and hope that works. Thanks for your help ken and shelan bryson

After a patient has already registered prior to their appt, arrived 15 minutes early, it would be nice to be called back at their appt time. If any test are needed advise patient while in the office not when they have already driven 30 minutes back to their home.

I like that it was not a large office with 20 people sitting around waiting for their MD. Check in & check out were very easy and efficient. Also like the fact that I could schedule with a PA on an earlier date than with the MD. Since I am new to the area, I just wanted an introduction to the office and had run out of a medication that needed refill.

Everytime I or another family member go in for our "medication refill" appointment, the medications do not automatically get called into the pharmacy.
