The whole staff are professional and friendly. Candy, in the front office, is exceptional. She goes out of her way to be helpful. Tia, MA, is very friendly and does her job with proficiency. Nurse Practioner, Laura Logan, is a treasure. She is down to earth and really knows her medicine. I am very comfortable with her advice and expertise. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

The personnel are caring, available & knowledgeable. As a patient with this office for over 15 years I have been nothing but cared for & comfortable with this group. I must report I am not pleased with changes to how phone calls to the office are routed elsewhere. As a patient for many years, I feel comfortable that the office personnel respond to me differently than someone in a call center. When I needed to reschedule an annual exam in August, I was rescheduled for October! It was upsetting that I later learned this conversation was not with the office staff but was routed to a general call center. I was not informed that I was not speaking to the actual office at the time of the call. I feel strongly this is not improving patient care. It is important that our care providers are supported to provide care in the way that works for their practice and their patients which they have developed a relationship.

I love the providers --Laura, Dr. Graciela -- and I especially appreciate the office manager Candy, who is always so responsive. I am known as a person here, not just a patient number. I also really appreciate the virtual visits as just recently I was traveling and needed care. I tried the a CVS minute clinic but the medicine they prescribed didn't help. However, after a virtual visit with Laura she called in a prescription to a local pharmacy and the condition immediately started clearing up.

The waiting area is clean, spacious with comfortable seating. Wait time was reasonable. Inside there are lovely wall hangings and the examining rooms are bright and also clean. On Friday, I found Laura Logan to be a good listener and seemed to be able to diagnosis my issues quickly. Laura took the time to explain everything to me. Also, I was very pleased that I was able to get an appointment quickly.

I am always greeted warmly and by name. Appointed times are real: my time is respected. Typical wait time is 1-2 minutes before I am escorted inside. The waiting room and office are very quiet, organized, and clean. I feel confident and welcomed by the attention I received from the receptionist, the intake nurse Tia, PA Logan. and Candy. PA Logan always spends time with me to discuss any issues or questions I have. She reviews my history and knows me. I feel like I am well taken care of and I don???t feel intimidated or afraid to ask her anything. She is never judgmental or dismissive. Dr. Diez-Hoeck has assembled a wonderful team. Candy has been with the practice for as long as I can remember! That speaks volumes to me. Consistency is stability.

This is by far, the BEST Medical practice I have EVER experienced. We have been part of this 'family' for more than 10 years. Multi generations of the LaMont family have all found competent, caring medical professionals at all levels...from the front desk to the Staff & Nurses and we believe the consultation and recommendations of the Medical Doctors are par none...We wouldn't dream of ever changing. By the way, we happily drive + 30 miles each way just for the pleasure of this premium care.

I love Laura Logan but Dr Diez-Hoeck just seems to be going through the motions and filling out forms as my annual physical. An opportunity to help me with my eczema was dismissed as just use cortisone cream. I had to go to a dermatologist to get a cream that would work. Laura Logan is great and I will keep going to the office to see her. She has been very good and discovered an undiagnosed sinus problem.

I was treated worse than an abandoned dog with a skin disease, I was judged by my looks and automatically was underestimated and unprofessionally treated as a patient to a medical doctor. I did my job she did not do hers, I've been dealing with horrific physical pain for the past 6 months prior to my visit, I had to go to the emergency room 5 occasions four occasions were before I was able to see my primary care. The last time I went to the emergency room was directly after my visit with my primary care at Baptist Health Laura Logan, my medication is on file in my medical history and she denied my medication and told me to go to the emergency room or a psychiatrist, this is understandable but not within the time limit I was given to be able to acclimate myself with those positions, at this point I am still looking for a pain management doctor, and a psychiatrist. I was in Venezuela during the pandemic and got back to the United States on the humanitarian flight with the Department of State Diplomatic Security Service I have been nothing but let down by the medical system since I have gotten back as a refugee and losing everything I had survivor's guilt is a big part of my day. For anybody needless to say a doctor to judge me by the chapter she walks in on or physical appearance is unprofessional and unmoral. I feel being Hispanic I was treated with racism and degraded as a human being. The worst doctor I have ever encountered and the horrible visit that had with Dr Laura Logan has caused me more anxiety stress and struggles with Finance. I hope Dr Laura Logan is reprimanded as well as everybody in that office that was incredibly is not even a word to describe how unprofessional they were, my father and God shall be my witness. If there are cameras with my visit to your facilities please pull the footage to see the way I was treated there is no reason for me to convince you. None of the phone calls rescheduling was directed to me a violation of my privacy and Hippa Act, I had no doctor patient confidentiality all my information that is private was shared with other people who were contacted without my authorization. I went to the Doctor because I passed out, fell, and hit my head on tub and injured my neck.They sent me to Beaches Hospital outpatient for neck xray and catscan of head. The doctor's office did not preauthorize these tests. I spent three hours getting these two tests with lots of people in the waiting area during another covid ,omicron outbreak.
