EVERYTHING???EVERYONE???EVERY TIME???they are all consummate professionals: Shannon is the heart beat of the office from the time you walk in until you leave. Riley when she takes your vitals she is friendly, caring and makes you feel welcome. Meredith is an amazing APRN???has a way of not only medically taking care of you, but making you feel important and that she cares about you and more importantly???the outcome. Dr. Messinese is one of the best Doctors I have ever had the pleasure and NEED to have. He has excellent listening skills???all the referrals to other specialist have been awesome. He makes you feel like you are special and he truly cares about your health and well being!

I came in at about 4:30 pm with a just-broken toe and was seen very close to closing time. I walked away with a cleaned and wrapped toe, plus an x-ray scheduled for the next day. I received a follow-up call from Meredith, the PA the next day after the x-ray was taken, with instructions for care and a prescription for an antibiotic ordered. All handled efficiently and with good humor.

The employees are great. The NP I saw was so patient, knowledgeable and kind. Talked with me, not at me like I was a child. I had great care each time I have gone to the office. Having it on campus is so special to all of us at Fleet Landing. Only issue is calls go to voice mail every time you call. You never get a person.

I like everything abpot the clinic. I can always get an apt. when needed, staff is friendly and courteous and very professional. The office is very clean. The staff is also very knowledgeable and go beyond to help. I have been seeing Meredith for my wound and she is fantastis with wounds. Fleet Landing is fortunate to have her.
