Everything. I was a new patient and the staff was very welcoming and informative. The NP, Meredith, as to all the right questions as we were getting to know each other. Her answers were thoughtful and insightful and I left feeling like my choice for this office was a good one.

I came to Baptist after continually having doctors leave the practice after one or two visits. A friend recommended Dr Acevedo at Baptist. I made an appointment and before I even saw her, had a letter saying that she was leaving. I like the PA that I have seen at the office and so will continue there, but I find the lack of continuity with a physician to be disappointing and discouraging. My experience with disappearing physicians has included HCA and St. Vincent???s.

I was able to get an appointment at a reasonable timeframe. My concerns were addressed although I originally had a yearly checkup scheduled. Everyone was on board with my immediate needs and listened well. Not something I???ve found elsewhere.

Meredith Molnar spent quality time learning my health needs and history. The office staff was welcoming, efficient, and I am totally satisfied that I am protected and in good hands. My 79 years make me especially aware of how important good health care is. The communication among my doctors in the Baptist system is very supportive, and the Baptist Primary Care office in Fleming Island is excellent!

I love that each employee took their time to make me feel welcomed. It's been 10 years since I've been seen by a physician and I was really nervous. I was greeted so warmly and the nurse made sure I listed all my concerns. Meredith was wonderful too! She went over my treatment and made sure I understood my new medications and our next steps in my care. I would recommend this office to all my coworkers, friends and family!

For the most part the staff is friendly. They do have a lot of new people working there. On the day I had an appointment there were two of us with the last name. I think when that happens they should use your first initial then last name so there no mix???s up.
