    Dr. Sarabu was outstanding! I was so happy to have a physician look directly at me the entire time I was talking and not to a computer screen. He addressed all my concerns and did not dismiss any of them. I thoroughly felt that I was listened to and cared about as a patient. More physicians should be like this! We are people and not simply what you read on a computer screen. His nurse was amazing as well!! Thank you for the exceptional care!

    While I had a great experience with the Dr. Sarabu, the receptionist at check in was less than friendly. I was late for my original appointment on Jan 17th however, I did call prior to the scheduled time and explained that I went North instead of South on 95 because I thought I was going to that building. I'm new to Jacksonville and got turned around. She told me it was ok and to still come in. I got there around 8:20 and the one person told me they had to see if the doctor would still see me since I was late. I sat in the waiting room for 25 min before the other person told me they would have to reschedule me because the doctor was fully booked for the day. At which point, he got a phone call from the back, answered, "Yes, she showed up but I'm rescheduling her". Did they not check 25 min prior when I first walked in? Why would they call from the back asking if I was there? I'm assuming they were not informed by the front desk. I work in customer service and I understand you are sometimes limited to what you can do for a customer/patient. I take accountability for being late and I did what I should do by calling and making them aware. However, the way it was handled - waiting 25 min for an answer then still not being able to be seen; the condescending attitude he displayed and the lack of enthusiasm he had to be at work, was really disappointing.

    The NP that was following my health did not have very good bedside manner, and seemed to be in a rush. Also, didn???t seem to ???know me??? even after several visits. Ended up getting a second opinion after over a year no success, and immediately started seeing improvement in health.

    #1 Dr. Sarabu is outstanding! He has terrific knowledge, skills, and the ability to relate to patients as a kind and caring Doctor! #2 the office staff is efficient and runs a tight schedule and my appointments have always been on schedule. #3 incoming phone calls are received bye knowledgeable people who handle your phone call. This is in direct contrast to way too many Doctors offices incoming calls that have automated systems that place the call on call waiting. While waiting no elevator music or current music. Instead they attempt to sell a host of other available services. I could go on but at age 78 time is my most valuable service! Why should I waste it waiting on a phone or sitting in a doctors office?

    This was our initial visit with Dr. Sarabu. We travel 3 and 1/2 hrs to see him and it was worth the travel time. He was very nice and knowledgeable.     I feel that this office is efficient in checking you in and out and that the staff is relatable and kind. The doctor that I have dealt with has approached things with a reasonable, realistic, and holistic approach and he doesn't automatically want to prescribe anything. I have found this approach refreshing and much more in line with my health interests.

    Dr Sabaru is genius and very thorough especially where caring and desimitating all of a patients records with the patient one on one to ensure a collaborative decision of treatment plan! He is truly awesome. I have tried to reach the referral staff and have leftb2 detailed voicemail without a return call over 3 days time. The referral Dr Sabaru requested to a certain health group has not gone to that group and I cannot get my treatment moving forward quickly as Dr Sabaru requested due to the referral staff issue. His office and other teams members are also awesome. I am disappointed with the referral staff.

    Utterly impossible to schedule an appointment on the phone. An hour wait or more. And when someone responded I was given a schedule in late September. Today is June 12. I paid a visit to their front desk at Baptist So hoping to get an earlier appointment and was given October as the earliest. Unbelievable! When I enquired about the time lag I was told that Dr Sarabu is a very likable doctor. I agree but that doesn???t help someone like myself who has been his patient for many years.     While my experience didn???t start out well with this office, it seems as if things are getting better. I have had a few scheduling errors where I have been scheduled with the PA and should have been scheduled to see Dr. Sarabu. The wait times are still a little too long. It is not uncommon to be seen 30 minutes or more after you scheduled appointment time.

    I was greeted promptly and with a smile at check in. The ladies were friendly and not robotic as some often are at check in. Jennifer, set the tone for this appointment. She also made me feel like I was in safe hands with her and the Dr. that I was about to meet. Jennifer was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. She spoke highly of Dr. Sarabu and his ability to care for me. Her demeanor exemplified that of a happy employee, proudly representing the company/Dr. she works for. Dr. Sarabu was phenomenal. He was confident, informative and comforting. He was also direct, honest and to the point. He made me very comfortable even though the information I received was not something that I wanted to hear. He was as gentle as possible during my procedure. He kept me informed of what he was doing along the way. Grade A bedside manner. I would definitely recommend him to someone in need of an Endocrinologist. Thank you Jennifer and Dr. Sarabu for making a somewhat frightening experience easier to bare.

    I felt like when I did a follow-up call to ask a question the doctor didn???t even know who I was. I felt like I was being brushed off onto my primary. I called because I was confused about my medication that the doctor had he told me to double up on and I just needed reassurance was it for one week or for two because I feel like that is a very important instruction. I was told by the assistant to call my primary which was not even involved with the specialist taking care over my health. I???ve Feel like they dropped the ball and they???re just passing the buck on to somebody else and not caring about their patients

    Dr. Sarabu was excellent ... didn't seem rushed, very thorough in explanations, apologized profusely for somewhat long wait. That the appointment was a bit late, was understandable if he takes the time and care with every patient. The only bad thing is that it just takes too long to get an appointment ... about six weeks after my reg doc's referral.

    Staff was professional and friendly. Waited 45 minutes to be called so that wasn't to our liking but the medical assistant and the doctor were very pleasant and listened and we didn't feel rushed so that explains why we didn't get in right away. That attention negated any unhappiness we had due to the wait. More physicians should be allowed to spend sufficient time with each individual patient rather than hurrying along because of an extension patient load.

    The nursing staff was very professional, very caring, and made me feel very comfortable.
