Patient scheduling. Forgets to block out time therefore when patient comes in, there's no appointment on the books. Schedules a preop and post hospital visit in the same day, back to back. Insurance does not permit this practice. Too much emphasis on record keeping and not enough on patient care

The reason I???m with Baptist Beaches Primary Care is Dr Cherukuri. He has top notch relationship management skills, is a very caring physician and a great active listener. I view him as my healthcare partner, informing and guiding me to make beneficial decisions for the betterment of my health. With the opening of the new Beaches Pediatric & Primary Care office at Marsh Landing, I hope he and the office staff have more time to manage the patient load.

The office is newly renovated with more welcoming and attractive patient areas. My doctor (Dr. Cherukuri) is outstanding and will, I hope, stay a long time. He talks directly to me, explains things clearly, and really listens. I also appreciate having the blood lab right there in the office.

Looks like you are working on renovations to get to a more current look. Office was very old and not up to date Staff needs to be more friendly when working with patients. Please introduce yourself, so we can comment good and/or bad visits and/or problems with individual names. Comments are not always bad but it is good to have individuals accountable. Dr Cherukuri is excellent! Felt he listened and was truly interested in getting positive results for the future.

This was an initial visit to the office. The screening staff member was very personable, thorough, and upbeat. My provider was extremely knowledgeable and professional during our discussion of a new health care plan. I truly appreciate the investment he made with time and my medical questions!

No waiting was very nice. Dr C was exceptional. His nurse was very cordial and efficient and the doc provided the best care on an annual I've ever received. I'm very happy to have found my new doctor. The record keeping was also excellent. My portal had everything in there right away and my urine test results came fast. Couldn't be more pleased.

I have been going to Baptist Beaches for over 15 years. The staff and doctors are very efficient and kind. The only problem is for 15 years I saw the same doctor, but the past three years they have changed every year. Wish you could do something to retain your doctors longer! My husband also uses Baptist Beaches but has been assigned to your physician assistant, wish you could attract more DOs and MDs.

I came in for my mental health medicine. I left my appointment in tears, feeling so awful about myself, affecting my mental health for days following. While Dr. Cs intentions were good, his delivery was horrible. He could use assistance with his communication skills and bedside manner. I???ll be looking for a new dr that can communicate in a more positive way regarding health issues.

I really like Dr Cherukuri! He seems like a very genuine and caring person. The front desk staff were friendly and also the lady he drew my blood. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and also the lady who checked my blood pressure was also very nice. My overall experience was great!
