I have been with this practice all the way back when it was called "PruCare". I am very pleased with all the staff throughout the years. Dr. B is a very personable physician, my wife and I love her. We also loved Dr. B's nurse, Mel. Your asinine vaccine requirements concerning Covid required Mel to leave your facility, that was a very bad decision on Baptist Medical decision.

I can only see my Primary doctor (Dr. Kenneth Mayer) once a year, if I make my appointment a year in advance. Just had to have a virtual doctor's appointment with another doctor in his office, Dr. Bartalucci, that was useless on so many levels. Not only did she not contact me at our scheduled time (1 1/2 hours late, after I had to follow up with the office), she said that it appeared I "was not a frequent flyer" as , from what she could see, I hadn't been to the office since 2015, which was 100% untrue. Therefore, she had no knowledge of my annual/biannual sinus infection history, or what my past ENT prescribed for my reoccurring condition. Instead of calling in what I requested and I know works, she called in an antibiotic. I am contemplating switching primary care physicians after my already scheduled appointment in August.

My wait time in the lobby was an hour after my appointment was scheduled before I was called back. The provider I was seeing for the first time talked at me and tried to use the scare tactic instead of asking more questions and giving recommendations accordingly Also felt judged and fat shamed despite my labs.

The doctor who attended to me was nice enough on the visit! But the follow-up was lousy! I was given the round around yo get my x-ray results, and she would not send me a copy of my bloodwork results stated that I have to comeback into the office to get them! I have. a follow-up visit on 12/06 but I do not want to go back! The doctor told the person who called me to tell me that stated that the doctor stated that I can wait until I return on 12/06 to discuss the bloodwork results. That could only indicate yo me that there is really nothing catastrophic in the results that warrant immediate medical attention! But I WANT MY RESULTS REGARDLESS!!!!

From Angela and the front desk staff, to Melissa and on to Dr B they are all the best. The telephone staff is also great. I’ve been seeing Dr B since Fred Beck left Baptist. I was pretty sure I’d never find another doctor as good as Fred. I was pleasantly surprised. I love Darlene. She is a wonderful, insightful, compassionate and dedicated to her patients.
