Close by to my home and everyone is so helpful and pleasant. I love my dear longtime friend and doctor, Dr Gregory McHugh. I like too, that this location is so open and not crowded feeling. I've been going to Lane Ave Baptist Primary Care forever and pray I never have to change locations. They get a 10+ from me.

Everyone is very polite. From the time I check in til I check out. The ladies at the front desk are all super nice! There???s not a long wait to see my doctor. I think I have the best doctor (Gregory Mchugh). I had the same doctor for over 30 years! Will not change for nothing in the world!

Higher better front desk staff that doesn't speak condescendingly to you. Hire people who take time to work with you. Not all of the staff is bad. There are a few employees that are very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to engage. But, you also have people on the front desk I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

Friendly and efficient staff, via phone or in-person. Phlebotomists are top notch! And Dr. McHugh our primary care physician is knowedgeable caring and empathic individual. It is due to his care that my husband and I have both lost a significant amount of weight and have both our blood pressure and diabetes under very good control.

I've been a patient here for over 30 years and I have had to same doctor for the entire time. I really love Dr.McHugh he has been the same caring concerned person as when we first met. The only thing that I miss is no longer having the in house pharmacy, that really made things so much convenient. Also there are a couple of people working the check in desk who have been there for years and are very nice . I rate this place a 10 out of 10.

I have been going to this facility for years. Since that time I have been treated with the upmost respect and fast service. I have been coming to this office for years. I am glad to be able to have the same doctor throughout these years. I like the fact that my doctor is so through as he was in the very beginning. I like the fact that the Baptist portal now exists and makes it easy to see lab results and making appointments and checking in.

There is only one restroom in the facility for patients. If you have to give a sample you have to walk from up front to the lab. There are 3 wating rooms to go through. Not too pleasant. The person who works in the front office of Xray is not too patient friendly. In fact never looked up once or said one word to me my last 3 times. All Dr and Nurses and Dr front office workers are wonderful to work with. That of course is most important.

I???ve been a patient of Dr. McHugh for about 25 years and I love our relationship. I feel comfortable talking to him about everything. He cares deeply about his patients and calls to check on me when I???ve been to ER or the hospital. His nurse Denise is awesome and has great follow up skills and is quick to address any issues. The call center is awesome. Takisha is great and is very helpful in addressing my issues or concerns. I just spoke with her today and asked that she update Dr. McHugh and Denise on my progress and issues. She offered very valuable advice on one of my concerns. She is excellent at her job and cares about patients. Marie is also very good at answering questions. I love Baptist Lane Avenue.

My doctor is experienced in everything I haven't asked him anything he doesn't give me full details about. Labs are there so you get them first then schedule a week later so the doctor can go over them with you. You have to ask for lipids test though...

Dr McHugh does a great job. The lab though needs work. I had to wait 1.5 hrs to get blood drawn. Had to ask for a check-in sheet. None were on hand. Had two other patients comment about long waits to get labs done. There were only two techs on hand at my visit. Though it seemed most folks got in and out in short order. Don???t know why my draw was so messed up. Went straight from Dr visit to then get blood work. May have been a holdup for lab order to get through.

There being only one restroom in the clinic makes it a little uncomfortable to walk all the way up to the front to collect a urine sample and walk back with it in your hands for the lab. Also I had to get an X ray while in appt. not one word was spoken to me. I filled out the name and date and set down. Did not say hello, someone will be with you shortly, nothing. Found it very rude. Been going to Baptist for a long time, over 20 years. Staff and Dr. are great. It is why we drive 1 hour to go there. However that could change for us. You can be sick and not feeling well pretty much at any clinic. It is how you are made to feel as a patient that makes the difference. A little more thought on how we feel while collecting samples and getting an x ray would go a long way to improve our experience.

The office is very efficient. The Dr. McHugh/Denise team is excellent!!! However, wait times on the phone are ridiculous. In addition, I don't understand why the Lab can't process a patient when they show up a little bit early for their Lab appointment. Having to sit there, waiting to be called-in even though there is no one else there, until it's after your appointment time, just doesn't seem right.

Dr McHugh. Takes his time. Listens. Thorough. Although the office is alittle dated, everything is right there. Lab, X-ray etc. Always efficient. Phone staff are nice as well.

Dr. McHugh and his MA are great!!!! The MA that greeted me at door was very friendly! The front desk associate didn’t want to be there and it was evident. Then, I had to do bloodwork - the wait was ridiculously long even if you have an appointment. The two team members that sit in the area where people wait to get there bloodwork need to realize the patients can hear everything they say. It seems as they are only socializing and drinking their coffee. Patients don’t need to hear about their issues with their job. I used to love this office but when the staff makes you feel uncomfortable it makes you rethink your decision to go to this office.

The doctors are awesome. The lab however is another thing. Three people working, only one drawing blood, one on the computer and one wandering around. Been this way for a while. Waiting room full, no social distancing enforced. I will no longer use this lab.

I have been a patient of Dr. McHugh's for several years now. I love the front office staff. They are always very friendly and helpful. Denise, his nurse, treats me like family! She is the BEST! Dr. McHugh always takes the time to listen to me, and cares about what is going on in my life. I have had many things happen in my life over the years and he has been quick to diagnose and send me to specialist when necessary. I have recommended this office to many folks.
