This office is very easy to get to from my home. Office staff friendly and knowledgable. Doctor and her nurse have a really good bedside manner and so helpful. Love going to this office.

Everyone was friendly, from the receptionists to the doctor and nurse. I had no.wait time and they took my needs into consideration in every was possible. I would absolutely recommend this office and Dr.Alvarado.

Warm and very friendly. They did a through intact as I am a new patient. The physician I was very knowledgeable of medications I take. She changed very little waiting on blood work. She made notes for me to carry home. We had questions written to ask and she was very patient answering them. She on the same day got me in touch with the behavior clinic and I have already made an appointment. I would definitely give this group of people a 10.

The whoa working the front desk REFUSED to take new insurance, after the ran her mouth on the phone eavesdropping on my conversation with other receptionist. Got all info wrong as she took over her failed intake lol. Had to listen to her excuses and jive pontificating at my previous appointment while in waiting room. Crazy, angry and ignorant is how she's known. If the desk help is fired I might return

The entire staff was very friendly. As soon as I walked in the front door, I was greeted by the staff. Dr. Alvarado's nurse was very friendly. Dr. Alvarado was exactly the kind of physician I was looking for when I moved from VA to FL. She was very caring, friendly and knowledgeable.

Very welcoming! Having staff who greet you with a smile is extremely important. Angela, Kristina, Shakura and Shana mirror the warmth of Dr. Alvarado. Because of this, we recommended this practice to our daughter Megan Kennedy and her family, reside a mile from us. My daughter said she is going to transfer her healthcare to this practice.

Each staff member was welcoming which immediately put us at ease. Shana scheduled as promptly only days before the visit and was very thorough, efficient and kind, as were the staff we met at the office-Kristina, Angela and Shakura. Dr. Alvarado listened carefully to all concerns and was wonderful-warm understanding professional and thorough. My daughter Megan (& her Navy family) are switching to this practice because of my recommendation.
