Heather Denton, DO, chose family medicine as her medical specialty because of the wide variety of patients it allows her to see. Dr. Denton has a passion for preventive medicine and a strong interest in pediatrics and women’s health. The Family Physician receives a broad range of training that includes adult medicine and care of the aged, the care of children, women’s health, maternity care, preventive medicine and behavioral science. Originally hailing from the Midwest, I have called Florida home for the past three years, including serving as a chief resident at a Jacksonville-area medical center, where I was a member of the ethics committee. I look forward to establishing my roots here.
