The staff is incredible! Just so happy with my new PCP Dr Oum. Dr Oum was thorough and took a lot of time listening. His MA Kelsey was very kind and professional. Very good experience. Will recommend highly. Thanks Baptist Primary Care regency.

The walls between exam rooms are so thin that everything being discussed is heard by the people in the attached rooms. Your patients deserve privacy when discussing personal matters.

Nurse and Dr. Oum were great with which to work. Good communication and didn't feel rushed through my office visit. Lobby check-in staff member was the complete opposite. Lacks social-communication skills. Seemed more interested in hiding behind the wall of PCs and chairs than her the task of checking me in. This was a big out off.

Great initial experience, horrible ending with no follow up with the physician. Did not address my issue. I had been to the emergency room and chose the hospital as my new primary (same issue). I was prescribed a medication for something that had nothing to do with the purpose of my visit. The doctor kept asking me if I had any questions without answering any of them. Then I was prescribed a medication that does not help with my issue. And I only found out something was prescribed from Publix. Still no actual communication with the doctor. Absolutely h??dsf you
