Clean waiting room. Check in at the front desk was very efficient and quickly done. The iPad questions were very lengthy and I needed some help with the questions from the nurse. I used to be an RN and I felt it was a lot to do them all in a shirt time.It was a bit much in details. The visit with Dr. Butcher was pleasant as always. Getting my blood work drawn after the examination was wonderful and had not been done in the office for several years. Going to Baptist Beaches Hospital is a long procedure. Thus was very quickly fine. That was a relief. I will be calling ahead of my annual physical to have my blood work done early. So that Dr. Butcher can read the results and explain them to me at that visit.

There are so many reasons why I love this office. The staff is great; they are so helpful, so friendly and so professional. My doctor, Dr. Butcher, is great. He makes me feel very comfortable during visits. He is very thorough and answers my questions and explains things in detail.

I really appreciate the wisdom and support I receive from Dr. Butcher. He's very sympathetic and understanding of my many medical issues. He can take any question I throw him. I really appreciate the aggressive approach I have needed to take better care of myself when other providers didn't, especially for issues like blood pressure. The front staff is amazing too. ????

I like everything about the office staff. The front desk employees are warm and kind while remaining professional. Dr Butchers nurse is so caring and attentive. This is quite a compliment coming from a 42 year veteran RN as I do not hand out compliments easily. Dr Butcher always has a smile and LISTENS!! My husband and I are both nurses and respect their care.

I feel I get really good care and attention. Dr Butcher takes time to really listen to me and understands me. He was astute in diagnosing my husband and instrumental getting him early treatment for non Hodgkin???s lymphoma. With early intervention, he continues to a good life. I am grateful to have my husband to enjoy our together. Staff at this office are pleasant & professional.

The attitude that seeps out the most is because I said so. I actually left the office manager a message to call me regarding a bill and she never called. When I see Sandra Carr or I see Doctor Butcher, it is always easy to talk to them. Before, other doctors had made me feel crazy for experiencing certain symptoms maybe or asking for help for certain things. Neither Sandy Carr nor Dr Butcher have ever made me feel bad for needing to ask for help or make sure I am okay. They are both so patient and take all the time that I need to completely understand what's going on and what we can do to fix whatever is wrong. I cannot send everyone enough for being so supportive.

Dr. Butcher. It's as simple as I am fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Butcher. I have been a patient of his for around 20 years and he is so thorough with my care from the physical aspects to also my mental health. Dr. Butcher asks questions, listens and I never feel rushed. I always feel like he is present for each of our appointments. I've had some significant health issues that occurred over the years and Dr. Butcher and he always takes that into consideration for any of our discussions. The office staff is also great and the office is always clean.

In the many years my husband has been a patient with this office we have always felt as if our doctor and staff are more like family with our health being that of family or friends. They make sure your appt. is on time so you're not waiting extended sick time in the waiting room. This office works great from reception, to Back office staff and Dr. Butchers himself. His bedside manner is fantastic. When you speak he looks at you and not the computer, he hears what you are saying and what the concerns are, then crafts a plan WITH you, in an effort for the best possible outcomes. Dr. Butcher also takes into account my social situation and looks for alternative therapies when possible. I have recommended anyone who asks as well as my friends and family to establish with this practice.
