Your office has a very professional staff with a very warm and caring personality and environment. The RN who performed my vitals was extremely nice, pleasant, and professional. Although she had been in the office for short period of time, she performed her job with a high level of expertise and compassion. Dr. Mcquade is alway a constant with his demeanor, professionalism, compassion, and willingness to see his patients live a healthy life. Overall, my visit is always a positive and pleasant experience.

When u walk n the receptionist is pleasant, she ask the question u need to answer n order to see the doctor. You r asked to take a seat n wait for someone to call you to the back where certain procedures r taken care of, then the Dr. takes it from there. I think everything is well organized.

Ensure the doctor can spend the full 15 minute appointment that we sometimes pay over 200 dollars for so we feel and have the ability to actually speak and ask questions. 15 minutes is already a ridiculously short time to go over medical and normally we really only see the doctor for 5 minutes or less.

I love Baptist primary care on Collins Road. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctors that I have seen has been very helpful with my office visits the lab technicians and also the x-ray. Technician is awesome. I really do appreciate every visit I have had with Baptist primary and do not see myself going anywhere anytime soon looking for another doctor thanks and a big shout out to the staff.

I needed a simple statement, one that ive received Annually..for Years...for my DOT employer required physical. Almost 2.5 weeks later, I received. Its cost me nearly 5,000 in missed wages. Im not even sure my Dr.was aware of it, as I Think , their work load expectations have become rediculously high. I was condescendingly, told 5-10 days...after having waited 3-4.."but it should more towards the 5" was added towards end of call. Keep in mind, Never received 1 portal message after my request, or Repeated inquiry..which is Very Unlike my dr...usually within day or 2.. So, im not sure if it was kept from him, or what...Because at the end of that 1st week of waiting, & the 1st 1500.00 in missed wages, I was told he went on vacation. No letter left..So, week 2 of no work, no income began..All without so much as an apology. This has had put me into a finincial hardship beyond measure, while dealing with life threatening medical issues with my spouse . And I feel so uncared for as a person, much less a patient. Its really Quite unforgiveable.

The office staff always friendly even on busy situations. When u come in; the place is clean and inviting. The doctors, lab, xray, nurses and other staff always personal to make u feel relaxed and give u a chance to listen and discuss your situation when u are there. Even at busy times; u receive adequate time for your situation. This is why I choose this office. It is not just a job to anyone there; they care about the patient's needs at the time of their appointment.

It???s too hard reaching anyone to schedule an appointment there. Also, the MA???s who answer the phone calls aren???t the most professional or friendly. In addition, a few of the lab staff members aren???t the most professional either. Dr. McQuade is a good Dr and has taken over the role of Dr. James who was my previous doctor pretty well. He???s the only reason I???m still there.

Was told at 11:50am on Wednesday that a nurse was at lunch but that I would be called that afternoon. No call. Did get a call the next morning at 8:10am. Was offered a virtual visit at 12pm. I accepted. However, my phone is an android and I could see a big triangle on the screen but nothing else. The doctor called me and said he could see and hear me but I couldn???t see or hear him. Very frustrating. So a 3 minute call will apparently cost me the same amount as if I had been seen in person. Feeling let down by the medical and insurance establishments who think this is acceptable practice. How can you make things right? Return calls after lunch if you said you would. Adjust fees to fit the level of service provided. Also, the prescription I was given for one of the medications calls for me to take 2 a day for five days. But I was only given 6. So was either shorted 4 or the instructions on the medication are wrong. Overall, I feel an overwhelming sense of carelessness towards me from your medical establishment.

Unprofessional, incompetent, not listening, and disrespectful. Needs to further his education about current practices and treatment statistics, not the knowledge from 20 years ago. Felt like I was talking to a used car salesman pushing pills and drawing conclusions about surgery before results of any tests had been performed. The doctor raised his voice, speaking of my medical condition with the exam room door open so everyone at the nurses station could hear as well as other patients. I am very familiar with HIPAA and pretty sure this violates it based on "need to know". If I was in any other setting than a doctors office with his confrontational posture, well you could imagine, I wouldn't have been the one needing a doctor. I feel that I am paying for a service when I see a doctor therefore he would be my contract employee, at no point could you consider what he does as a service. The nurses on the other hand are the exact opposite and pleasant to be around and communicate with.

I drove 200 miles round trip to see my doctor about 3 things. !. Numbness in my arms and hands. 2. A dermatology concern. I have problems with bumps on my back. One was so bad, after I got home, my wife squeezed it, puss and blood poured out of it. It appears to be a pocket under my skin about the middle of my spine. 3. I wanted to discuss my medications. I wanted to review what I was taking, are they all necessary, and could they be refilled as several have expired. I still need to see a doctor or any medically qualified person to diagnose my problems and hopefully cure or reduce my symptoms. I am totally dissatisfied with my care so I am in the process of finding a new Primary Care Provider. I'm 65 years old, with severe back problems that I have to take 5 different medications to help relieve the pain. Even though I am retired, I stay active on my farm and still do a lot of strenuous work. I drive a tractor and use many physically demanding implements. I am not a lazy slacker! The entire staff was friendly and were all very mindful of Covid safety protocols, From the young man at the check in to the M A that cared for me. I???m compromised and felt surprisingly safe. It was my first visit with Dr. MQuade, and he was all I???d hoped for. Very understanding of my needs. There was no pressure to do anything I was not comfortable with.

Front Office Assistants are professional, prompt and courteous, Medical Lab Techs are helpful and friendly and the Office Nurses are always thorough and efficient! I was disappointed that Dr McQuade threw politics into my recent visit. First he downplayed the previous Presidents Trump policies in relation to Covid-19, and his policies in general which I'm a supporter of and then when I chose not to get the Vaccine he began to chastise my for refusing it. Ones political views should never be used when treating patients

Went for a DOT physical. Got a temporary card and was told by the doctor as long as I came back with a second opinion I would get a 1 yr card. They denied my a new card. Said I had to keep it fo the full 90 days. They don't honor their agreements. They lie.

You can't make things right. I mean, you can help, but that doesn't benefit you, so you won't. I walked in there for the first time last Thursday, already apprehensive. I don't wear masks as there is more science to back up that they are indeed dangerous for us to just be wearing all the time. You're effectively a walking petri-dish. But you don't want to talk about that.But I wore one because they're required in your offices. What's funny is shortly after I left, and McQuad had failed to lecture me on all of this, the CDC (not that this means much anymore) fixed their guidelines. But, given McQuad's hard, neurotic stance on this whole thing, I would not be surprised to hear if you guys were still wearing masks inside. It's anti-science, always has been. Science has been tossed out, so that the neurotic can attempt to force the entire world to live in fear. I walked into what I was hoping would be an easy in and out visit. I'm healthier than most people I know, eat right, exercise, healthy hobbies, etc. I was (and still am) having the issues that I walked in there with, not because it takes time for things to change, but because I'm here a week later, and have not heard from anyone at the facility about the blood work. No one has called me for an update, nothing. But that's not even the real issue. The real issue is that I went there, and the first thing "Dr". McQuad asks me about is the experimental mRNA vaccine and if I had taken it. Not "are you going to" or "have you considered." No. It was "have you?" In the interest of making my visit cordial, I replied "no" sternly, but kindly, and spoke about why I was actually there and what I need to figure out that I believe is wrong with my body. But I should have just left. He wasn't interested in helping me. He was concerned with spreading nonsense. He was concerned with attempting to get me to take a shot that hasn't been out that long. Who's testing hasn't been done on many humans, and not that many animals. Not to mention that the companies making these things are prtected by the government. You can't sue them if something goes wrong down the road after you get the things. You know this as well as I. You KNOW what the studies show, what they actually show. McQuad is a quack, and had I the time and money, I'd have his medical license revoked. It is SO irresponsible to push something like this on anyone. I am a mostly healthy 32 year old man who knows himself and has accessed his risk in the world. I am NOT taking a shot for something that has a 0.23% fatality rate. I'm just not doing it. I'm not taking a shot that is new and being tested on the public currently. I have read the papers, and I know what's being pushed, and it is outrageous. So, no. I can't and will not recommend this Dr, nor any Dr, that advises that younger and healthier people get something they most likely do not need. Should the elderly get it? Maybe, they should talk to a Dr they trust, who knows them, and isn't just going to observe zealotry in their presence for something over half of the medical community is not pushing. I'm not against vaccines. I'm specifically against this one as it stands right now.

I felt my doctor crossed a line re: covid vaccine. He should have ONLY asked the question, receive my answer and note in my file my response to the question. He did not do that. I did not need his opinion and finally I had to suggest we move on and discuss the reasons I was there.

It is very difficult at times to get an actual person on the phone. But, the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I did not appreciate the fact that the Dr at my recent wellness check also included a separate lab test checking for tobacco use after I informed him I had never used tobacco. He never mentioned he was ordering this test and I only found out about it after looking at the results on my patient portal. I also found out while looking at results in my patient portal that someone had changed my address, leaving me to wonder who my results were mailed to. A total violation of my Hippa privacy.

You all wouldn’t fill my prescription without seeing a dr so I had to pay just to go in. Billed over $100 for a visit and another $94 dollars for blood work! Very disappointed because just 3 months prior the dr said I was in great shape now all of a sudden I have high cholesterol. Great people working there esp Robin, but the system is majorly flawed and it shows that it’s a money making operation, primarily.

We have been going to this office and the same doctor for almost 20 years. Recently our doctor retired and we selected a different doctor. During what was our first visit with the new doctor, the doctor was a little off putting in that I excepted to have an annual exam but instead the doctor came in didn’t really introduce himself, starting making recommendations for medication that I have never been on and making me feel like I was in poor health. I never got a chance to discuss any current health concerns. I walked out on 3 new medications. Going forward maybe a heads up that the first visit with the new doctor is an information visit so I could have been prepared.

The staff were all very friendly and easy to work with, especially the assistant (Sue) and the nurse in the lab who drew my blood (can't remember his name, but he was great and made the experience the easiest blood draw I've ever had). My wait time for Dr McQuade was much longer than I expected, and he seemed more interested in sharing his own stories rather than talking with me about my own history and current lifestyle. While I enjoyed his stories, I'd appreciate more focus on my situation since that's what I'm there for.

The facility is outdated and dirty and no matter who I see or the problem I have I get two minutes of the doctors time and prescribed an antibiotic. I also gave the front receptionist my ID and health insurance card and even though I know I’m somewhat responsible she never gave them back. Called me 5 mins before they close to tell me and said I would have to pick up on Monday leaving me all weekend without it. I would say I’ll never come back here but I have to tomorrow to get my cards back.
