Dr. Rezac is very attentive and helpful. He explains things clearly. However, there is a Medical Assistant who is unfriendly and barely communicates. She doesn???t show any interest in me as a patient and that is disconcerting.

Clean the wood work in the waiting area. The exit door is disgusting, I don???t believe it???s been cleaned since it was last painted. As you exit you don???t even want to touch it. Makes me wonder how clean the rest of the practice is.

Get the portal to work properly. It offers a lot of usefulness but seems impossible to use, won't recognize your password on subsequent use, etc. Same luck I've had with medical portals in other places so maybe it is the basic design of the system. The last time, I was told my password and request were being reviewed and then there was no other response.

Besides liking Dr. Rezak, i like the staff and location of the office. Everyone is most helpful and courteous. I had an emergency for at scan when I had a fall & hit my hed. The response was very prompt, went to hospital and got review of scan very efficiently. And Dr reviewed it with me. I appreciate them taking care of an 80 year old woman!

1. Modify office phone system to allow direct contact with physician's assistant. 2. Office should send email or text reminders prior to Dr. appointments. 3. Office software should remind Dr & PA that NO routine LAB work orders has been ordered for patient's routine or wellness checks. Baptist My Chart does not provide a quick way to contact office. Create that option on-line . The office opens at 8am but doesn't take calls untill 8:45. Ridiculous! I contacted the office and left message about missing Lab work orders at 8:15 on Weds. Office responded after 5pm, but sent orders to wrong lab. My lab appointment (Thurs 8:30am) just one day before my Friday appointment was compromised. Were it not for the efficient work of LabCorp, Dr. Rezac and I would have had little to discuss! Baptist Health makes a routine medical appointment too hard. Lofton Creek Dental has a much superior patient contact system if you need a model.

Had CT scan last Friday, spoke to Dr nurse,she would talk to Dr,have not heard anything. I said I have bronchial issue, and would follow up. Generally my complaint is that appointment times are not kept. Usually at least 1/2 hour off. I consider my time as valuable. Medical staff members are usually pleasant and are professional in their delivery of medical care. I realize providers are working hard and the office may be short staffed, but management needs to correct those deficiencies.

Referral process is weak. Waiting days to hear from you or not that you may or may not have reached out for the referral only delays the scheduling a visit. As a new patient I did not get the friendly welcome that I have come accustomed to since our move to FB. My wife was curtly told that she could not join me with the doctor and was told that she in fact should not even be in the office today f she was not a patient. We were never told by the receptionist about this limitation and the nurse was very short in addressing this with us. My visit with Dr Rezack was much better. Maybe the nurse was just tired. I will reserve further judgement until my next visit.

The staff at Babtist Primary care are friendly and professional. I really like doctor Rezac. He has great bedside manner, responds well to my questions and concerns, and is very professional. I like Dr. Rezac enough that I followed him to his new Babtist Primary office in Fernidina Florida, which is an extra half hour drive from my home over the Kingsland Georgia office where I was his patient for the last year and a half.

Staffing changes too much. It’s hard enough trying to establish A good rapport with a doctor and his nurse, but once you have that rapport with a doctor and his nurse one of them leaves. For some reason I see this more in Baptist Primary offices.

Outrageously long wait times. Very Limited appointment times for annual physicals. Unfriendly, unhelpful office staff. Physicians do not seem interested in preventative care, only crisis care. Nurse practitioner does not pay attention to client concerns.

The staff at Dr. Reac's office are very kind, compassionate and caring, as well as efficient and professional. They are all AMAZING and Dr. Rezac exceeded all of my expectations. I can TRUST him which was hard for me to do after just moving here to Saint Marys a year ago and had my primary care doctor in North Georgia for over 25 years, Thank you for your special care by providing me with wonderful caregivers.
