The staff is professional, helpful, friendly, and overy very pleasant to interact with. The lobby and the rooms were very clean. The part of the hallways & offices I used were also very clean. I also appreciate so very much that there are no air fresheners used. Those who have allergies or migraines these air fresheners are triggers.

Dr. AMEN was instrumental in the care of my mother before she past, Trish even offered to to take my mother and myself to Jacksonville due to me not being able to drive due to anxiety attacks. And Dr. Amed helped our son, Chris who had covid, we lost him but Dr. Amed did everything possible to get him the care needed. Things like that mean everything and are appreciated more than they know. Love the staff too, they awesome as well.

It is difficult to discern the messages sent by the physician's office because many times the patient will get two or more copies of the same message. I think this is related to poor coordination within the office, who is permitted to send messages, and office personnel/physician failure to notice the message has been sent more than one time within a 24-hour period. For example, I received three copies of the same message with no discernable difference in what the message conveyed. This tendency to duplicate messages wastes office personnel and patient time.

Awesome support staff. Quick reply. I called at 7:30 to say I tested positive for Covid. At 9 o???clock. I had a virtual appointment with the doctor. That in my opinion, far exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful for their caring, nurturing nature, my prescription was called, In Immediately. I received that an hour later at the pharmacy. I am blessed to be a patient of Baptist doctors office in Saint Marys. I do have concerns because it???s so hard for me to understand the doctor. I am 75 years old, I wear hearing aids, He has to wear a mask so I can???t read his lips to resolve that I???m going to request that the nurse remain in the room during my appointments. I do wish you would make an effort to get us a second doctor, which I feel is very much needed.

The staff at this particular primary care facility are unpleasant and hard to deal with. They do not go out of their way to be helpful and I was told to go to urgent care or ER instead. I was not happy as I have been a patient for at least 10 yrs. and have called to be seen without appt exactly TWICE! Change the attitude or I change the doctor.

Your new phone system socks. I've tried several times to reschedule an appointment conflict only to be put on hold awaiting the next available agent until I give up in frustration. I do not have this problem with my doctors at other facilities and may be looking for a replacement outside of your system.

When I had a phone appointment for chest congestion, Dr. Ahmed insisted that I had Covid and did not consider an alternative. He didn???t ask how I came to have chest congestion and his only suggested treatment was to get tested and go to the emergency room. I had to ask for antibiotics, and his first suggestion was an antibiotic I am allergic to. After the appointment I got tested twice for Covid and both results came back negative.

One technician, in particular, here in Kingsland continually bad mouths the Southeast Georgia Health System hospital in which their office is located. Has specifically said to me after an operation performed at the hospital "and you survived?". She also continually complains about how she is treated by Baptist. I am considering changing doctors (again) to get in with one of the SGHS Physicians. There are a few good ones.

Everyone at the office has always shown real interest in my medical problems and provided good care. They make call-backs as promised and do their best at scheduling appointments. My reason for a less than 10 is that those who might ask me for a recommendation are my age and might have a hearing problem. If they do then I would have to tell them that Dr Ahmed is difficult to understand. His medical skills are not in question, it is a matter of his accent. I also find virtual medicine to be a realtime scam.

Dr. Ahmed is personable, concerned, precise and determined to provide the best possible care for his patients. The staff is attentive, courteous, friendly and professional. Patients rarely wait long to be checked in, to have vital signs taken and to be seen by the doctor.

The most caring, efficient, and helpful staff I've ever seen in a physician's office. They do whatever is needed to aid in making a patient's medical treatment easier to accomplish. However; the staff is not why we choose our primary care physician. I am sure this staff worked and learned under Dr. Sidwah, who then passed the torch to my current physician, Dr Ahmed. Dr. Ahmed leads this practice by example. He is extremely caring, always considerate of patients needs, and very, very thorough in his questions, research, and necessary tests prior to diagnosing and treating any medical disorder. I never thought I would like and respect a M.D. as much as I did Dr. Sidwah, but Dr. Ahmed has earned mine as well.

The warm welcome you get upon arrival. And the concern everyone has for the patience . Lorie, Teresa and the nurses are very comforting when you are feeling bad I love my doctor which is Dr. Armed the spelling maybe wrong but he's a good doctor who cares and is thorough . Dr. Ahmed is tops! At routine visit, he also checked recent tooth extraction, and found infection needed Clidamycin. We appreciate his medical expertise. Also, staff is courteous and helpful.
