Nocette location doesn???t have the staff to handle all patients needs. I waited a half hour before dr could see me. Things are not explained very well. I went in for annual wellness check expecting to see dr Gupta. Instead a nurse saw me. I had questions for Dr but saw her instead?? I wanted my heart listened to ( even though I have no problems with my heart) but it???s been months since I ve seen the dr. The nurse said my numbers look good so no reason to do that. Nurse who was very kind, didn???t seem to care about things I said to her. She was strictly there to ask tons of questions of me for my chart . I was asked to come in a half hour before my set appointment. My appointment was at 11:00 but they sent me email to come in at 10:30 ?? I ended up sitting there till 11:00 a clock anyway. When I was done, I had questions about not being able to get into my patient portal, and front counter was short staffed because of lunch so had to go home and work it out there. I finally got into my portal. The people at the clinic are very kind, and I only bring up these thoughts to let you see the patients view of things.

They don???t provide a written prescription. Because I use Navy Pharmacy it???s faster to take prescription in to them personally. Asked them to call city of Jax concerning an Handicap decal after Dr had signed form and City had form , just needed a correction, they didn???t didn???t call I had to go back into office pick up for and mail it to Jax for the second time. Was lied to about urine test.

The front office staff are always wonderful. The nurse spent lots of time with me and was so through, helpful and kind. I loved speaking with her. Dr. Baldassarri and Dr. Belewski are both invested in helping me manage my health. They spend time with me and listen to my concerns. If I need to I can be seen quickly. Thank them all for me, please.

Love doctor Toledo and the staff are really great now. So polite and willing to help unlike the staff behind the desk before. They were always talking to each other and ignoring the patients. They talked so loud they were almost hollering. Very please office atmosphere now.

I thought I was going to see a dr or p.a. Not some one asking questions to see if I need to see a doctor after 6 months. It was a Waste of my time. Now I have to go back not even a week later. So I can get my meds filled. I will not be going back for some one just to ask me questions.

My Chart has no search function. Wanted my future appointments info but not there nor any telephone contact info. Nocatee office handed me a pamphlet with a phone # but the menu only offered a texted link that sent me back to My Chart. Not the first time I was not able to get info from Baptist Health. I have left tech support email messages that were acknowledged without getting a reply. I have gone through 3 MDs in 9 months with "get to know you" extra appointments to get re-fills on my 3 long established Rxs. I have Tricare For Life drug coverage and always ask for 90 day Rxs but every time I have to check and cancel pending orders when they don't listen to me and it gets written for 30 days. I want my healthcare to be pro-active not reactive (it is too late by then). Age Well/Baptist's philosophy seems to be 1) order minimal labs, 2) have a non-MD tell me if my results are "normal", and 3) try to convince me that I want to harm myself! During my annual exam blood draw, I noticed that no PSA was ordered (have had a prostate biopsy before) so I asked for and got the test. I feel that my solo physician for the last 15 years had the goal of having me in the very best health possible, not just "average for my age" (75). I want to enjoy my remaining years (my grandfather lived to 106)!

Everyone on staff is kind and helpful. The Physicians and PAs spend as much time as necessary to address my needs and answer questions. The online Baptist Chart works great and gives me the time to study test results and check on upcoming appointments. Overall I give this practice a 10!

The efficiency and professionalism on all levels. I went to and left a number of doctors when I moved here from New York and than I went to see dr Carter and have been with him since. His knowledge and professionalism is very assuring and able to have open and honest conversations with him. This is most important to me I couldn???t be happier with his care.

We moved to Baptist Primary Care in Callahan from a Baptist Primary Care in Jacksonville because of the poor service and doctors. We love Baptist Primary Care in Callahan! The office staff are super nice and friendly and Dr. Brinkman is awesome! It is a very pleasant experience every time we go! Office was able to get me in to see Nurse Practitioner Carter, without an appointment on a Friday, within 45 minuttes to treat an infected and swollen bug bite. Her prescription (Cephalexin) has now, within 3 days, largely remediated the infection. Thank you.

Answer your phone when you are called. I was on hold for over 45 minutes on 06/24/22 and finally I had to hang up because I couldn???t wait anymore. It has been 3 weeks since I gave a blood test and still have not heard from the doctor about the results. My last complaint is that you need to stop overbooking yourself or get a better staff because sitting in the waiting lobby for an hour is ridiculous when you have an appointment. I scheduled a follow up appointment 3 months in advance and had to leave to go back to work after siting in the lobby for an hour without being taken back. I just took my wife for an appointment and again sat for an hour in the lobby before being called back.

I???ve had many challenges in the last year since suffering from post COVID health issues. I???ve been out of work a while and the only thing my doctor is concerned with is what a psychiatrist is going to say when I have a million other problems like constantly burning and chronic fatigue. My disability administrator now needs him to contact them just for a few questions and they sent forms 2 weeks ago that still haven???t been answered so my request they will deny because it???s now at the deadline. I am punished for being sick and it???s not fair but it???s life. Not to mention having to wait forever in the waiting room to even be seen it???s just ridiculous.

On 3/28/22, I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Jamila Mainor, an appointment made a year ago, but was seen by Dr. Quirino Toledo instead. Dr. Toledo was my previous doctor but I chose to switch doctors last year. Needless to say, I was surprised when walked in the room. I went through the appointment with him because I had already been waiting an hour and I was familiar with him but switched for a reason. However, I did address it with the front desk when I was checking out and honestly, I left feeling unheard and dismissed. I was asked if I wanted to see Dr. Mainor but I had already been seen. I don't understand how my appointment was mixed up. On top of that, I was notified that day that Dr. Mainor would be leaving that particular office. I will not be coming back to this office and will be looking for another PCP elsewhere.

I love my doctor and the staff! I moved back here in 1997 and I have been with them since . I have the most wonderful and caring experience you could ever ask for since the beginning. The entire staff has nothing but warm welcome and patience every time I???ve been there. Dr. Toledo has always shown caring and concerns and well as Sympathetic compassion for all my health issues and personal and work issues. He has been not only my physician but all (4) of my children who grew up under his care until they went off to college and moved away which was just recently. One of my daughters even shadowed under him as he helped influence her desire to become a Dr. Which she is now in her 3rd year of Residence for OBG/Gynecologist in New York. He is an amazing Dr. That I referred all my sisters to him and they are still with him and very pleased with the service. I can???t speak highly enough of the wonderful work and service that I receive each visit above and beyond the needs of the entire staff . It gives me great pleasure to acknowledge and praise them and to Thank them for Outstanding customer service ever. THANK GOD THERE ARE STILL PEOPLE WHO REALLY CARE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE ILL AND IN NEED ! May God continue to bless you all.

Clean. The staff is polite & courteous. The wait time is minimal. Dr. Toledo takes time with his patients. He listens & offers feedback which dosen't always include a pill. I suffered from migraine headaches from the time I was 9 yrs old. I saw many doctors.& had many hospital stays. After meeting with Dr. Toledo over 20 yrs ago he put me on a very low dose blood pressure medicine & I'm happy to say I have not had another migraine. It'd just when someone schedule an appointment they would like to be seen not having to wait a hour or 2 before being seen. People most of the time people do things around certain times because other things have to be done.

It takes too long to get a person on the phone. Once I was waiting so long, I kept the line open and drove to the office and showed the front desk it was still ringing and it was 45 minutes. I only wanted to show someone so it would be corrected. Long phone waits have been difficult long before the pandemic. Another issue has been getting return calls in a timely manner. This has been habitual, also, through the last couple of years. I have had to call back as much as 5 to 8 days later for a response that was promised in a day or 2. This is not pertaining to Star whom I???ve recently had the pleasure of working through. Star IS a star that shines! But in fortunately, after 6-7 years of coming to this office, I have left???and I am very sorry to leave this practice.

I have been looking for a good doctor for some time now. Getting someone to actually listen to you has become almost impossible. The last six years I have been trying to get an MRI so that I can get the much needed surgery done so that I can hopefully live with a little less pain and more functionally. Doctor Toledo listened. I had left a message Monday, June 28th about an insurance issue, but have heard nothing in return from his office. But I understand this is an issue that a lot of people go through

Professional and friendly. I???ve been a patient of Dr Toledo for about 25 years and he???s always been very caring and personable to me. Whenever I have a prescription issue Kayla always takes care of the issue and calls me to inform me that she has. I???m also loving that you can walk next door to do lab work. Very convenient.

I love Dr Toledo. My only complaint is how long it takes to get refills on medications, referrals and results from tests back. Every time I call and request any of this stuff, I???m told by whoever answers the phone that they will notify Dr Toledo and then that is it. Another week will go by and I will have to call again. Usually I will have to voice my disappointment with how long it is taking and then usually I will shortly after in a day or two get what I am needing. It shouldn???t have to be that way. Again, I cannot stress enough at how much I love Dr. Toledo. He is a great doctor but is clearly overwhelmed or his staff is.

When a Dr. is running behind with his schedule the staff should notify the patient and periodically check in with the patient instead of sitting them in the exam room for long periods of time without checking back with them. It lets the patient know they haven’t been forgotten. I understand that sometimes the Dr. can run late however good communication from the staff or Dr. can help keep patients informed of the status of their appointment.

Pleasant Clean Atmosphere. The caring pleasant attitude of the staff. Dr. Toledo is very thorough and demonstrates an ability to explain his diagnosis in terms a lay person can understand.
