Appointments are on time, friendly service, and you have an x-ray on site. My main reason for staying with Baptist Health is the knowledge, service and personality of Dr. Meyer. I am very particular about who I trust my medical and dental needs to, and Dr. Meyer checks all the boxes. She examines me very thoroughly, doesn't charge for an x-ray if not needed, gives good health care advice, and I believe truly cares about the well being of her patients.

Waited an hour and a half past my appointment time to see the doctor. Was never told she was behind. Was told when scheduling the appt that I wouldn???t be able to have labs the same day because my appt was later in the day, 2 pm, even if I was fasting. When I was finally seen by the doctor she wanted to take me down the hall to get labs, asked me if I was fasting. I told her no, and what I was told when scheduling??? which apparently wasn???t true. I was seen an hour and a half past my appointment time and could have had the labs? So definitely if I would???ve been seen on time, I could have had it??? which way to save me time and money because of gas. I live 20 miles away from the office. Very disappointing.

I love my Doctor. I love how she just listens and takes everything in and then starts dosing out remedies to conquer whatever is bothering me or troubling me at the time. I dont like the new phone system, its always nice to just call and tell someone what u need and then Bam, its done, but I understand the need, doesnt mean I have to like it. The messaging "my chart" thing is ok but Impersonable, but again, I get it. I can't say enough about my Doctor or her staff, they are all a wonderful team.

The physician is phenomenal. The wait time was over an hour for the Virtual appointment (which was ok this time because my schedule was a little more flexible however not for other people with a more time restraining schedule). The laboratory results never showed up in my charts from the urine drop off and still didn't even after I called the office. Not the best appointment but not the worst appointment either.

My appointment was at 2:30. I was called to the back, got weighed, then taken to my room. In there, I had my blood pressure and temperature checked. Also asked if I had any questions for the Dr. Then, I waited and waited. No one came back to my room to tell me the Dr. had had an emergency or anything. At 3:45 I walked out. I hadn???t eaten lunch because I ate a late breakfast. I am usually out of there by 3:15. Someone should have checked on me.

Wait minimal with appointment, good staff, lab tech does an excellent job even on tiny veins! Gentle touch & found vein on first attempt & didn't hurt. Dr. Meyer very knowledgeable, listens well and understands preventative care management on the part of the physician and patient. This was my first visit there but I look forward to building a long term relationship to meet my medical needs as they arise and change over time. I also like that there is an x-ray machine present to provide one stop diagnosis and care.

I???m 60 years old and I know my body and my system and finally I have a dr who heads ms when I say that ??? I love this facility and have my husband transferring over and hd is scheduled next week ??? I can???t edit gif him to see what a wonderful dr I found in Dr Myers !!

I love Dr Stephanie Meyer, She makes me feel so comfortable and really takes time to listen and doesn't seem too busy to listen to my concerns. Talking to her is like talking to a friend so i feel safe and cared for. I make her laugh a lot so its always a really great experience. She is awesome and I am so happy to have her as my doctor.

The office staff, specifically the front desk seemed either irritated or unhappy to be there but Dr. Stephanie Meyer was top notch. I also noticed the signs posted everywhere you went about asking patients to be courteous and not to be confrontational which I guess means there has been a lot of that lately. I personally don't get why people would be that way on purpose but you do what you have to do I suppose. Dr. Meyer pretty much made me forget about how sour everyone else was so that's all that matters to me.

I enjoy waiting in my car until ready. I appreciate the extra time given by Dr.Stephanie Meyer to go over my chart and listen to me. I also appreciate that there is an on-site lab for blood work which saves an extra stop!

Staff is very nice. I learned I can get eye glasses from Zenni a lot cheaper than what I paid. I’m a little disappointed that I had to come back in for a six week follow up for a medicine that I have been on for 18 years. I have never had a follow up with any other doctor.

We have been going to Callahan Baptist Primary since 2003. We never have any issues with getting a last minute appointment. Everyone is always willing to help in anyway they can.
