All the staff at Baptist Health Dunn are amazing and very accommodating. This is our first time here . We recently moved from Pennsylvania and it took us a while looking for a right doctor for me and my husband. When we went for our first visit, we meet Dr. E. Del Rosario. She???s amazing, we chose her because she made us feel very comfortable and listened to our needs. We found the perfect doctor for us. Also the location is great very convenient from where we live and all testing and blood work and specialists can be done in one place. The entire facility is very clean. We are very happy that we found Dr Del Rosario as our new primary physician.

Doctors are rushed to see too many patients, allotted a short time with each patient. My last visit could have been done easily via telehealth. Save time & money for me & doctor. Becoming less personable.

Get you in and out in a timely manner, yet Dr. Del is very thorough in her consultation/exams. She genuinely cares about the health of her patients. It is also convenient that you can literally go next door to the hospital to have blood work done. No need for an additional day of fasting! I drive 40 minutes to get to that office, but it's worth it.

Office staff is cordial. I really like my new doctor, Del Rosaria. I have been very sick twice and she knows exactly what to say and do in terms of the medications that will bring you back to good health quickly. In terms of what she says, she recently offered additional advice to me about how to avoid illness with traveling in the airports. Also, while you may not get a last minute appointment, you can get a telemedicine appointment. I also like how convenient the office is to my home. I am happy!

The staff is friendly and quick. however the office could be more organized. The medical records department lost my paperwork for fmla twice. I???m grateful that they gave me back my original paperwork so I could fax it to them again for corrections. I will say they have a pretty awesome receptionist who corrected the matter for me.

The office needs to be in the first floor!, I have bad knees , and scared to go on the Elevator !, why did y???all have to move?, I have to go to a different location to get my blood work done? Why? Please hire in house blood work. There are a lot of elderly patients who will cancel this doctor. It???s too much walking!

Actually there is nothing wrong with the care from the facility. The people there are very good and thoughtful of concerns. BUT Dr. del Rosario is the most unpleasant doctor I have ever encountered. I have gone to her once a year for two or three years. In that time she has never asked me how I felt or if I had any concerns. She never comes near to me except to quickly touch her stethescope to my chest and back. I am 85 years old and looking for a doctor who has some concern for my feelings as well as what the computer tells her about my health. In trying to get away from her and to another Doctor we were lead to understand that that was not done in this office, So... we will go to Baptist Primary on Airport Center Road and see if we can get another Doctor there.

My comments have nothing to do with Baptist Health on Dunn Ave or the administrative and nurses that work there. My disappointment is in Dr. Del Rosario and has been since I began seeing her. I was looking for a Baptist near me and this location is perfect. However, I have not been able to change to another doctor for some reason. Dr Del Rosario is unapproachable. Always seems too busy to answer any questions or concerns. She sits at her computer and reads the results to me and goes over my meds. THAT's ALL! It has always been this way since I started seeing her but I gave her the benefit of being very busy with Covid, etc. However, this last visit was the end for me. I've been trying to change to another doctor at this location but I'm told it's can't be done????? I prefer Baptist Health as all my records are there but I'm now looking at other options before I have to deal with Dr. Del Rosario ever again!

The nurse is very friendly and experienced. I really like Dr. Del Rosario because she is friendly, really listens and takes an interest in my problems. She is very knowledgeable and lets me have a voice in my treatment. Everyone in the office is friendly and made me feel welcome.

The physician simply had a check list of questions to ask and arrangements to make. Order labs, verify last mammogram, colonoscopy, eye exam etc. She didn't even listen to my heart or lungs, no exam whatsoever. Seriously!? No time for anything. If you have a concern, you are referred to a specialist. No further questions or exam, just, here is your referral. No questions about the last time you were referred out either. No follow-up about anything. It was embarrassing, for her really. She absolutely has too many patients to see. The word "rushed" is inadequate to describe our time together. I believe she would like to do better, she can't because of her patient load. I asked she said about 30. That is insane! But you can take me off the list. I'll be finding a new place for my health care needs.

The office manager was very rude. Apparently Florida Blue changed my primary physician without my knowledge. I learned this from the office manager once I checked in. I tried to explain to the office manager that I have been with my doctor for over 10 years and I had no idea what she was talking about. Instead of explaining to me how I could rectify the problem, she made comments like, ??? It???s not my fault you have a HMO??? and ??? You can???t be seen until you get this changed.???Her tone was very rude and unprofessional. When I told her that I???ve been a patient at this office for almost 10 years and I???ve never had a representative from the office speak to me in a belittling tone, she apologized. During her apology she expressed that she was overwhelmed. I accepted her apology in hopes that this will never happen again. She then gave me the information to rectify the situation.

Good doctors and professional staff, not a long wait to be seen. The only thing I don???t like is having to go out to a lab for test, when in the other office they had a lab tech on staff to do bloodwork. This make you having to have another appointment at another location waiting in line to get what was accomplished the same day in the other office. The E.R. next door doesn???t take my insurance so I have to go elsewhere. I only wish it was the same as before having everything done at once.

See patient on time. My last appointment was at 8:00am. I didn’t see the doctor until 8:30am. Sat in the office 15 minutes before seeing the doctor, waited 10 minutes after the doctor saw me for a A1C check, waited another 15 minutes after the A1C check for the doctor to come back in. I waited for service more than I spent time with the doctor.

I love my doctor ( DelRosario ) she is preventive minded, she’s concerned if you miss your appointments. She always do a update before you leave the office, ensuring you have everything before you leave. The staff is very friendly and professional. When I called above a problem or concern the medical staff return my calls in the 24 to 48 hours and I appreciate that. Also the wait time to be seen is great.

My physician, whom I have seen for many years now, was so rushed. She very hurriedly, robotically went through which specialist I was seeing and when. We did not review my medications, only briefly touched on my last labs, and virtually had no physical exam. She only barely listened to my lungs, which have never been an issue for me. She informed me that her system no longer interfaced with the other Baptist facility systems, so she was unable to review the records from my recent hospital stay. In addition, we didn't even discuss the details or the tests or outcomes. It was a waste of my time and money.

I ? Dr. Del. Been going to her for years. I turned 65 this year & had to choose a Medicare plan. My decision was solely based on a plan in which Dr. Del was a participant. Quick to get an appointment, friendly staff & quick response to all requests. I've rarely had to wait past my appointment time and she has a very full schedule. Love the new facility and availability to a nearby emergency room.

She listened and provided a plan of care to meet my needs, and she sought feedback about my health history.
