    Dr. Teruya seemed compassionate, caring and ensured me I would be taken care of in her care. I had not had a primary.for years so I did my research prior to making an appt. On the flip.side, I had to wait over 2 months to see her.

    Everyone is nice and professional. All the nurses receptionist check out lady and most of all my GP is awesome very intelligent very professional. Dr. Truya is the best GP doctor I have had in Jacksonville since I moved here. 10yrs ago Truly cares about her patience.

    The staff were very pleasant and , professional, as well as Dr. Teruya who was professional yet, warm, personable, and very nice bedside manner and she demonstrated active listening. The time spent to familiarize herself with a new patient???s condition and relevant concerns was very good. I was pleased for my first visit.

    Dr. Teruya is the best doctor I have ever had, and I am 64 years old. She is very thorough and has helped me tremendously. I am very blessed to have her as my physician! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physician!

    Everything. The receptionist is incredibly helpful and kind. Dr. Teruya's assistant is amazing and patient and Dr. Teruya is INCREDIBLE!!! Listened, cared, invested, curious and wonderful. Could not recommend this office, the staff and doctor highly enough! When dealing with health issues, to know and feel your doctor is on your side allows the support you need to relax and heal more easily.

    the receptionist knew my name when I walked in. the wait time was minimal. My doctor is the most thorough and compassionate doctor I have ever seen. She listens and works hard to find a solution to my problem. If I ever need a call back from the staff, I can expect it that day. So glad to have found this group.

    Dr Teruya is a fantastic internist - efficient without making visit feel rushed, well versed in the broad range of internal medicine. Her assistant is very warm and personable. Check in process could be better. Sign in sheet where your name is visible for all to see is antiquated. Both times I???ve been, wasn???t clear to me that anyone knew I was there for some time.

    Everyone is courteous and professional ??????.and Dr Kara Teruya is in a league by herself as ???hands down??? the best and most thorough, caring doctor ever! I feel ???heard??? and that she has my best interest in mind as if she was caring for her own mother or grandmother. It is a given, one will wait awhile to see her, but she more than makes up for it because she gives so generously with her time. I have referred at least 8 people to her ??????.and they all are so grateful to be her patients. In addition to all her great ???doctor attributes???, she has a great sense of humor ??????and always wears such cute Betsy Johnson tennis shoes!

    Dr. Kara T. She listens to the whole situation of what is happening and works to help in the best way that is comfortable to me. She does not just prescribe for symptoms. I feel genuinely cared for as a person and not only regarding my physical health. Plus she wears really cute, funky shoes which just shows her fun and laid back personality. She makes me feel like I matter and whatever I am dealing with is important and she takes the time to listen and talk with me. Front desk checkin is always a party and if I???m not having a good day before I get there, my day is better after I check in. I am failing to remember the name of the amazing lady but she is funny, happy and always makes me laugh. Dr. T???s nursing staff have been great. I believe it is usually Dana I see before Dr. T comes in the room and she is always nice and talkative and laid back. She sets the tone for a pleasant visit especially on hard days. I recommend this office and Dr. Kara T. often to friends, family and strangers.

    I absolutely love Dr Teruya and her team. I'm very sad I'm moving away and she will no long be my doctor.     I LOVE your office! From the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out, I feel great about my choice of medical care. I was a patient of Dr. B's before her retirement and I waited for her replacement so I could come back to your office. I've tried other offices which are closer to my home but will continue to choose your office because the entire staff is so pleasant.     Dr. K. Teruya is a Phenomenal Physician! The wait to see her and have her established as my Primary Care Physician was very much worth it. She is exceptionally knowledgeable concerning the many fields of medicine and most importantly, she is willing to listen and take into consideration your concerns and to patiently answer all your questions. She took the time to read through the list of medications I had been prescribed and to demonstrate to me how a few were simply duplications of other medications and were unnecessary. Dr. Teruya is a highly gifted Physician and I feel extremely fortunate to have her as my Primary Care Physician.

    I like that it is a fairly small practice. That everyone was friendly. I especially liked the physician (who had been recommended to me by 2 people), Dr.Teruya.     Staff is friendly and always great you in a profresional way. Dr. Garcia is an excellent doctor. He listen to the patient and treatment you with respect. Dr. Kara Teruya was my primary care doctor at NAS Jax Hospital. Now joined Baptist and she is my primary care. Love to be able to continue having her as my doctor.

    Everyone is very friendly and professional at the same time. I like that Dr. Teruya took the time to ask questions and actually listen to my answers before trying to come up with a treatment plan for me, she seems to want to fix the problems instead of medicate them.

    We came because you have the best Doctor my husband has ever had while seeing military doctors. We were so excited to be able to keep Dr. Teruya for him and also myself now. The staff at the facility are very kind and friendly and I will definitely recommend friends to the services.

    It is always possible to talk to someone!!! Appointments are possible without a long wait. All staff members are friendly and efficient! John Searcy is wonderful and I just love my new Doctor - Kara Teruya! However, I still miss Dr. Bielawski!

    I hadn't been to doctor in several years but my experience with Dr Teruya was wonderful. She is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. She spent time with me and the appointment was never rushed. It was a very good experience. I will be back.
