I was very ill and tried to get a sooner virtual appointment, and was put off for 5 days while I was suffering with Covid. I made it clear to the scheduler and I was told that was the soonest date available. Meanwhile the doctor told me it wasn???t so especially when I told them I had Covid it should have been expedited!! I???m an asthma patient!!

Within minutes of signing the office registration form, the front office person is calling you to the window to update your information and make your c0-payment. The front office person is always friendly and helpful providing pertinent information. Then the Doctor's assistant then escorts you to the back shortly afterwards. Taking vital signs and placing you in an exam room. The PCP soon enters the exam room and begings asking questions, updating information in the computer and actually tocuhing the patient during the physical examination. All of this is accomplished in a reasonable timeframe and they entire Medical Office Personnel work as a team. For instance yesterday, my PCP's nursing assistant was absent. The office staff qucikly re-routed patients without interuption and still celebrated a staff member's Birthday:)

The doctor asked me 50 questions I answered them all and then asked 2 questions of my own and the doctor proceeded to tell me I don't need to trust things like that because people are trying to sell me something when it had nothing to do with a product just science then after that said I was hyper talkative. Am I not supposed to answer the questions asked ?

I have a great doctor. She looks at everything and maks sure I on the appropriate drugs. She checks to see that the blood test ordered were actually ran. She trets me with great respect. The office straff are Great also, very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

People were polite, didn???t wait long and Dr. Mahinrad is great. She takes her time and is very thorough. I followed her here from Ascension. I gave the other doctor at Ascension an opportunity to meet her standards but on my last visit there he failed miserably. I???m glad that I found her.

The doctor was not attentive. I mentioned I had problems at work and she said ???Amazon is hiring maybe you should apply there???. I am in corporate director role currently at my job. How dare she make assumptions and that terrible suggestion

Everything!!! I was treated with dignity, and respect and given facts regarding my health. I went to the ER and was able to select a primary care Dr. for a follow-up appointment which I'm glad I did being that I was resistant to the antibiotics prescribed at the ER. The Dr. Mahinrad was very professional and knowledgeable..Baptist saved my life!!!! Thanks so much!!

The dr that I saw didn't seem to care about why I set the appointment in the first Place. Every doctor I've seen with Baptist Primary Care looks at the medical history and immediately decides to get me out the door. But this lady was the worst by far. She completely ignored my concerns and shrugged it off as if it's all in my head or the it runs in your family BS. I've already had care with BBH and now UF after my prev dr decided to leave. The treatment I got from both of them is now failing and leads me to believe there's a much deeper condition causing it. I'm sick and tired of only treating my symptoms and want to treat the cause. So now because way I was treated at this last appointment, I've come to realize that Baptist doesn't actually care about helping people. They only care about $$. A cured patient is no longer a paying customer. I will never visit another Baptist Primary dr office and will be telling others to stay away as well.

DR MAHINRAD SHOWS REAL CONPASSION FOR ALL PATIENCE, AND I HAVE HEARD THAT FROM SEVERAL OF HER PATIENCE. I JUST CAME FROM STAY IN HOSPITAL, AND SHE FOUND 2 THINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WITHOUT A DOUBT SHE IS THE BEST PRIME CARE DOCTOR. I'VE GONE TO IN MY 83 YEARS. THE WIFE AND I DRIVE ONE HOUR TO BE UNDER HER CARE, AND WOUYLD NEVER THINK ABOUT GOING ANY WHERE ELSE.

No one In the baptist health facilities is helping me. I have had every single wrong half attempt diagnosis given. I have begged and still I am ignored. I went here visibly sick, fever, and lethargic, was dismissed as allergies as if I'm not a grown man who doesn't know when something is wrong. I was again sent home after paying huge co-pays with no answer to only be hospitalized in the baptist hospital that night. All these places make you feel less than a human.

I would like to be able to speak to a live person for my inquiries when I have one. This going back and forth with mybaptistchart for correspondence or through email allows for things to get delayed, misconstrued, lack of urgency in responses, etc. There should be a way to communicate with a live person.

My doctor was 20 minutes late to our appointment and was clearly in a rush while talking with me. She repeatedly interrupted my answers to her questions even after I asked her to stop, and twice she had to open the door to receive tasks unrelated to my case, which she had me wait for her to complete. She was unfamiliar with the diagnosis I had questions about, and she treated my concerns insensitively and with haste, causing me emotional distress when she knew that I was stressed to begin with. She called the office manager to deal with me, and the manager was more equipped to hear me. The nurse who checked me in was also very kind and professional. This experience with my doctor reinforced my anxieties about being in a healthcare environment. I am satisfied with having received the referral I needed.
