    Loved the way we were treated and the loving bedside mannerism that was bestowed upon us. As parents of a child that is transitioning into adulthood we were treated as a team. My son didn???t feel isolated and alone. Dr. Hanel and his team were amazing. As parents we know that our son will be taken care of by Dr. Hanel, that within its self is priceless. Thank you Dr. Hanel.

    Loved Dr. Hanel, he is a true professional. I wish the wait to see a neurologist was shorter, these type issues are very stressful and being able to see a provider soon after you are referred would be fantastic. Other than the wait, I appreciated their care; they showed compassion and were very kind. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hanel and his team.

    Everyone is very professional and friendly. Dr. Hanel makes you feel like you are his only patient. He takes time to explain and answer questions. I have never felt rushed or that he only had a couple of minutes with me. The office area is beautiful.

    Staff friendly. Facility clean. Doctor was pleasant and forthright. Did not like having to wait 3 months for an appointment when my primary sent in the consultation on August 10, 2023. When I called to see about an appointment did not get any information. Next time I called they said there was no consultation faxed in. When I saw Dr. Shugarman around the 10 of October and she saw my Bells Palsy had gotten worse and the left side of my face had dropped. She called my primary and said she would get me in to see a neurosurgeon. Nikki called me the next day and said they needed to get results for Dr. Hasan. When they emailed me a consent to sign to get medical records, it did not have the box for me to click on for my signature. So she told me I needed to go to the doctors office to sign it. A few minutes later she called me back and said she called Florida Eye Speciality and found out they didn't have any test results that Dr. Hanel needed. Never heard from anyone and didn't have appointment. I called back on 10-30-23 and spoke to Melanie. She said I needed test results from the and I explained Nikki called me back and said the medical records were not needed. So she made an appointnent for me to see Dr. Hanel. She looked back in the files and found out they did receive a fax on August 10 for the consultation. Am also upset that Baptist no longer has valet service and was not told. It is very inconvient for older or disabled patients.

    I was able to get an appointment very quickly in order to have a procedure done for either an Ablaltion or Watch man procedure. Whenn I called Mayo, they no appointments available for quite a few months. Baptiist Hospital -- at The Beaches is great for taking care of their patients.

    I know the professionalism and expertise of Dr Hanel and Merlie, as a patient that works in the Baptist Health system.     I really appreciate Rosario and Meghan who have been very valuable over the phone on several occasions educating me on things, explaining insurance, assistance with medical records from other doctors... Also thank you for spreading the word about the Research for next gen family regarding aneurysms. Also Dr. Hanel has a very pleasant manner when delivering not the best news and making clever analogies - like a screen around a deck/porch. lol

    The staff was outstanding g. Apparently Dr Handl taught them well. ONLY thing I found was no one else knew where Dr Handl was. IF YOU FOUND SOMEONE TO ASK FOR directions they were usually wrong. Weaver tower 11th floor. Some odyssey should give them a class.

    Besides the excellent care from a "cutting edge" neurosurgeon, the entire staff appears to be at the top of their game. Brain aneurysm is a scary situation yet I have always felt calm and well cared for. Each staff member from medical, to office support to nurses to food and cleaning personnel have been professional and kind. Any questions or concerns i may have are addressed quickly.

    Dr. ??????????????? Dr. Assistants ??????????????? Front staff ?????? Scheduling 0 I go here for the professionals. However, the front and Scheduling staff screwed so many things up it's crazy. One time they called me from the front while I was still in the room bc they forgot I was in there. They mess up Scheduling all the time. Horrible. I only go bc the Dr is great and saved my life. The rest is terrible and be prepared for a million mistakes. Dr. Hanel and his direct team are amazing. He's an amazing Dr and also genuinely a good person. If not for him, I would not go here.

    My experience with Lyerly group is in 2018 my 52 yr old son had a stroke and Dr Hanel saved my son's life when another hospital said there was nothing they could do for him, he was sent to Lyerly Group in Babtist down town Dr Hanley preformed miracle and not only saved his life but minimized a massive stroke.i have no reservation on their ability thank you all .

    Exceptional service. JoAlly and Kim are amazing. Dr. Hanel inspires confidence. As a plus, he is wonderfully warm and makes you feel like he truly cares about you and whatever is going on. He doesn't talk down but explains things. He is instantly likeable. And I absolutely put all of my trust into him almost immediately. The clinic is beautiful. Baptist Medical Center is huge but now I will be able to find the clinic without a problem. Absolutely wonderful! Thank you Dr. Hanel for easing my mind about my issue and for caring.

    Dr Hanel, his nurses and assistants made for a positive experience. They were all kind, considerate and professional.     I have used liarly for neurosurgeon consult and for back surgery 2 years ago. The physicians are fantastic. The care team is fantastic. My experience was surgery was top notch teamwork. Having been in the health care field for over 40 years, I can say that I've never seen better health care. I had surgery during the COVID epidemic and every precaution was taken for sterility etc. My recent experience has been being seen post. TIA. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the neurosurgeon much fantastic and explained everything to me and answered all my questions and his team was very caring

    The staff is great. When I had my aneurysm surgery I had to stay on the recovery floor because of Covid cases. The recovery floor staff was awesome. They brought me food and drinks without me asking. The one guy that worked days would make sure I had snacks and drinks before he left to make it through the night. The night staff constantly checked on me even though I wasn???t on their floor. I am 100% happy with my experience at this facility!

    The office was bright and open. I walked in with my mother and there was plenty of comfortable seating. The reception was prompt, friendly and helpful. They seemed happy to be available to answer our questions and offer information. Our wait was minimal but sufficient to complete the initial forms. We were escorted back to the exam room which was well lit and contained seating for more than one person. Our wait once in the exam room was minimal as well. The friendly and knowledgable PA entered and completed an initial assessment and collected any remaining information needed for our visit. Then the physician, Dr Ricardo Hanel, enetered and answered all our questions. He was not rushed. He sat with my mother and explained her diagnosis in layterms. He then gave his recommendations and explained why he recommended these things. We were not pressured to make a decision at that moment and were given options. Everyone we encountered during our visit to Lyerly was pleasant and respectful. We never felt rushed or pressured. Finding the office was the only issue. While everyone was helpful in guiding us to the office, the maze of halls and floors from the garage was overwhelming. Once in the office however, our experience was exceptional. I have nothing but high praise for Lyerly and the staff of the office from reception, nursing, assistants and physicians.
