Sasha Vaziri, MD

Sasha Vaziri, MD, is board-certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. He earned his undergraduate degree in Neurobiology from the University of Florida, where he also completed medical school and neurosurgical residency. During residency, he obtained a Master of Public Health from Harvard's T.H. Chan School. After completing his neurosurgical training, Dr. Vaziri served as a clinical spine instructor at the University of Miami and completed a fellowship in complex and minimally invasive spine surgery. He remains actively involved in advancing the field through scholarly publications, international research presentations, and proctoring other surgeons in advanced robotic and minimally invasive spine surgery techniques. I am a proud Floridian and am committed to serving the community I call home. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and fishing the flats.

My passion for medicine comes from a deep desire to help people regain their quality of life. I believe in a conservative treatment philosophy, prioritizing non-surgical options whenever possible. Many of my patients improve without surgery, but when surgery is necessary, my goal is to tailor the treatment plan so we can perform the least invasive, most effective surgery to restore quality of life.
