This was our daughter's first time using this facility and seeing Dr. France. First, check-in staff weren't friendly. Then, we waited about 27 minutes to be seen. Dr. Sonja France seems nice, dressed very casual (leggings and beach sandals), very short consultation for a first time patient. Doctor never addressed important subjects, such as puberty and pre-teen information. Not what we expected from Baptist.

Insurance charges are a struggle. It seems to go wrong almost every visit. The billing office doesn't automatically write off charges that should be written off. Shannon in the business office is amazing and takes care of me each time. However, it shouldn't take an additional phone call.

Staff is friendly! The one recommendation I have is to do blood work ahead of appointment to allow there to be a discussion of the results in person, versus a call from someone else at a later time.

I love it all. The people at the front desk are friendly and approachable. The waiting room is large and clean. The different sections are clearly marked,and I don't have to wonder where I'm supposed to go. Both Pediatricians are excellent. And Gil is wonderful with the children!! <3 My little ones actually look forward to "going to the Dr." lol

Staff and drs are amazing! I???ve been seeing Dr. Hartley since I was 8 years old and I???m 38 this year. She was my pediatrician and now my children???s. She saved my brothers life when he was an infant and I???m very grateful for that. I???ve also seen Dr. France since she joined the practice.

Always friendly and can get kids in easily to see Dr.'s without long waits. First took my oldest daughter there when she was a baby, she is now 21 and my 2 younger kids go. They are 9 and 7 and they see the same 2 Dr.'s. I like that there is not a lot of turn around in the clinical staff, it makes it easy for the kids to get to know them and not having to be scared of new faces. The Dr.'s, clinical staff, front office and schedulers are all an amazing team.

Needs to be updated with a new color scheme especially in the children's side. Annoyed with the face mask wearing, temp check at the door, stopping as soon as you get in and only couple seats open to sit at. This whole Covid thing is annoying and cannot wait until all this is over.

Everything! From the manager Shannon to the front desk specialist Kristina to the MA Gil to both Dr Hartley and Dr France! They are all the reason why we will ALWAYS bring alll three of our children there!!!
