Staff very kind and helpful. Very caring people. Confident in my medical care. Been going here for a very long time. Did not like the questions asked in recent tablet inquires. Seemed very out of the norm be asked to complete. Do not like this change to my normal visits.

The only thing is, THE WAIT TIME TO BE SEEN. It's every bit of at least a one to 1 1/2 hours wait every time I have an appointment at Baptist on Kingsley. The only time that's not a big wait is first thing in the morning I mean the first 2 hours after that they start getting back up. I see Gary Cain when I go and it's my choice that's why it takes so long some times he is just a busy person with amount of patients he see's in a day. Plus he likes to talk if he has a moment to spare in a good way. You can be feeling down and out. But when you leave you feel a little better.

Before this new system you all have, I could call the office and make an appointment in less than five minutes . Now I have to talk to someone who has to check with someone else before an appointment is made. For example I called 3/22/23 to make an appointment to have some bloodwork drawn I have yet to hear anything back from anyone. I have always had a great repore with every one in the office. I understand things have to change from time to time but now I feel like the person to person connection has been lost and I???m nothing but another number!!!

Absolutely love Dr Stephens and the PA Gary. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! They always answer the phone without having to push all kinds of # to get a real person! Scripts are promptly sent to Pharmacies. Referrals also are done quickly. They even draw blood at the office and send to the lab so you don???t have to make another trip to a lab.

The office staff is efficient and anytime we need an authorization, because we have an HMO, Pam gets right on it. We both think the world of Gary Cain and his nurse, Evelyn. Any requests or questions we might have, are answered promptly. They go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of, which is very rare in this world today.
