Well..no lab on site and the doctor that I originally wanted had left (I was informed over the summer) . It sounds like an office in transition with no doc there ..one coming with another replacing the temporary in the spring. I am going to look into another Baptist South primary care office..that has all the necessary personnel and a lab. Probably World Golf Village office. Kimberly the PA was good and helpful but I am looking for a Fully functioning primary care office.

We experienced the need to get in very quickly for follow up with our physician. The office worked me in the same day and I am so thankful. The office is clean with good social distancing space in the waiting room. The office staff are friendly and efficient. Took us back at the scheduled time. Use of the new portal so much better than the prior Baptist portal. Appreciate having the notes and instructions at my fingertips. Check out and follow up on specialist providers handled very efficiently. GREAT Experience and we love Dr. Balog and his staff.

Kimberly is fantastic, very reassuring and caring. I also see Dr. Balog who is equally caring and amazing. I never feel rushed to get through the office the front reception staff is always friendly and courteous. I love the fact I???m advised I need to eat better, exercise more and when I do it???s acknowledged! Great people, great care and compassionate.

It was impossible to make an appointment with my doctor, Dr. Pantin. It just wasn't possible, no openings in the foreseeable future. I was seen by the PA instead, she was nice but said she'd contact me within two weeks with my results but no one contacted me :( I am very anxious about the issue I was seen for and am disappointed that no one has helped me to resolve this issue.
