Matt, and Margot are so friendly. They genuinely care and you have people upfront that check you in and check you out. I???m sorry I don???t remember their names but their wonderful Dr. Sarabu is wonderful. Also really enjoy coming to your office. I don???t ever feel like I???m rushed to get out, they all take your time they listen. They genuinely concern very professional. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone. I knew that had diabetes.

Very generous on insulin samples and follow-up patient care. Cheryl has been a huge help with the Novo Nordisk Patient Assistance Program over the past year, and P.A. Matthew Swiatowicz has really become my endocrinologist in place of Alan Cleland as I have been seeing Matt now consistently over the past several years.

When I went to have my Labs done prior to my appointment at Quest, They said that no one had sent them any lab request so they did not run any labs prior to the appointment. Also, calling your office and speaking to an actual person is next to impossible.

I have a couple different doctors since 1996 when diagnostic borderline. Now im in full blown type 2. My primary finally sent me to Baptist South. Dr Maat S finally has me half way under control. We discuss all issues and form a plan each visit. Best Doctors and staff

I like that you take self pay patients and you offer telehealth appointments, as I live further south now. I love Dr Cleland and Matt they both have been very good to doctors and listen to me instead of just pushing another patient through a visit. I love my doctor. Alan Cleland and his PA, Matt. I've seen them for years and they are both top notch. Always take time to go thru every little detail in my bloodwork and always asks if there are any other concerns or issues. Truly give great patient care. The office staff is always pleasant and on top of things. Quickly responds to any issues that I have.

Every encounter I have had with the staff at this office has been positive. Overall, each staff member has been friendly, welcoming, professional, and seemed to genuinely care. The people in the front office and the staff that see to it that we get to the room before seeing the physician or other professional have a very important job of making someone feel cared for and valued. I love the virtual visits and how easy it is to access. So many office set-ups for vv's are a mess. Hard to get in, can't hear, you need a code (biggest problem) or you need to download an app, etc. With yours, the doctor calls, you pick up phone and you're instantly looking at the doctor. Also, Matt Swiatowicz is patient, kind and calm. He is also very encouraging. Even when your labs are elevated he never makes you feel like you failed. He always handles it from a positive angle. He's like "ok, we're here, so let's try this before the next visit and see if we get closer to the goal. As you can tell-I think he's a great caregiver. Between Matt and Dr. Bud Wolfson I feel like I am in the best hands possible. :)

The office staff respond promptly when I need to call for any reason. Prescriptions are sent in in a timely manner if requested. I called and requested a telephonic appt. about a week before my last appt. and that was arranged promptly. There was a little trouble with the hook up but it was finally done. I also like Dr. Cleland and Matt, his PA who is person I normally meet with.

Everyone from the doctors to the office staff is amazing and helpful and friendly. I???ve never had a bad appointment and anytime I have a billing question they have been courteous. Especially because I do the virtual sessions right now and I keep forgetting when I talk to them that it???s getting billed and I don???t owe the co-pay and they never make me feel dumb even if I have tried to pay the co-pay before and they have to remind me about the the billing. They never once make me feel stupid for having to remind me again. Honestly they are just an amazing office!!! Dr Cleland found my Hypothyroidism six years ago and it was because he did one additional test!!! His PA, Matt feels like a friend he never makes you feel a certain way either because he understands that every patient is different and might not understand. I have been sticking with virtual sessions still when we have our appts but he never made me feel stupid for coming into the office bc I thought ???what if I have a goiter???? And this is still during the pandemic!!! I could clearly go on and on but they are an amazing office!!!

Baptist South is easy to get to, great parking, clean campus. Very little wait time after check in, spacious lobby, Matt S. was thorough explaining my test results and listened to my concerns. We discussed a plan of action and expected outcomes. Check out was fast and easy. Great experience overall.

All of the staff are very accommodating. I was late for my appointment due to traffic and 35 minutes to find a parking space. They fit me in with the doctors PA and had a good visit.

I really like your PA Matt. He has been guiding me through my struggles with Diabetes for many years now. I have gone from A1C of 9 down to 6.5. He has me using the Libre sensor to check my blood sugar. The sensor has made dealing with Diabetes so much easier for me to use and track.

I love that I can send messages via the portal and get answers quickly without waiting on the phone. I also like the virtual appointments. Matt is very responsive, listens to my concerns and is always willing to do blood work or whatever is needed to help resolve my issues. I am very satisfied with the care I receive.
