Wiley "Doug" Fowler PA-C, brings a unique approach to patient care by integrating his many years in ministry. Doug is the son of a general surgeon and currently provides patient care for the senior residents of Nocatee in St. Johns County. He is also a clinical preceptor for the Nova Southeastern University Physician Assistant Program Jacksonville Campus. His areas of expertise include:

About Me

While I am originally from Louisiana, I relocated to Jacksonville in 2004. When not providing patient care for the senior community at Fleet Landing, I enjoy spending time with my 5 children and ten grandkids. I am also very active with my church as a musician, enjoying singing and playing guitar and keyboards.
