Dr. Kingsley is so understanding and easy to talk to. She knows I'll try whatever i need to in order to help me with her direction. If that doesn't work for some reason, she'll either suggest another one or I'll hold off on a new medication. I sincerely appreciate her honesty and professionalism.

Dr. Kingsley and her team are the best! Wouldn???t go anywhere else. They???re kind, professional, I feel welcome, genuinely listened to and understood. I like the way that Dr. Kingsley always reviews her notes quickly at the beginning of the session. I mean, being realistic you know she can???t possibly remember hundreds of clients that she only sees three or four times a year and I can that she let you know that she???s reviewing your chart quickly and asking you questions to follow up And then continues on from there to see how you???re doing. I???ve had previous doctors that don???t do that and I think that???s important instead of going through the motions and getting nowhere highly recommend Dr. Kingsley .

I have been going to Dr Kingsley ever since my husband died years ago. She changed up my medication because what I was on (Paxil) wasn???t working for me, and now I am doing so much better. I would recommend Dr Kingsley to anyone that is struggling with depression and/or anxiety, like me.

Dr. Kingsley is so knowledgeable about which medications have contradictions with other medications. It's very comforting to know that I shouldn't have any kind of adverse reactions to a new Rx after talking to her. If I do she makes sure I know to call her office right away and let her know. Support staff is very helpful and accommodating. Clinicians are professional and caring. Only reason not to refer friends/family is that it takes many months to meet with a BH therapist. This does not foster hope in someone needing help with his or her troubled mind. Perhaps this is already a procedure, but offering alternative vetted mental health services to the patient may give some hope to ease the immediate mental health situation.

I was greeted warmly at reception. The girls were very sweet and kind. Dr. Anneline was running late and took the time to come out, acknowledge me and tell me exactly how long she would be. I very much appreciated the honesty and respect for my time. All I needed was to be informed. A 15 or 20 minute wait is no big deal when you're informed.

Dr. Kingsley is a very compassionate Dr and makes me feel so good when I don't feel so good about myself. She's very easy to talk to and I always feel very comfortable talking to her about how I've felt since my last appt. I feel that I can talk to her with confidence that my appt is confidential and my issues will be as well. She'll try new medications to see if they help if I feel another one isn't working. She does that one medication at a time so I'll be able to tell how effective the 1st one is. I also appreciate the women in her office and how professional they are when I'm on the phone with them. If I call and ask a question, they'll pass it on to Dr. Kingsley and I'll get a reply back from them in a minimal amount of time. (from an hour or 2 to the very next morning after Dr. Kingsley has replied back to them.) Thank you for all of your help.

Dr Kingsley is the best Psychiatrist I have had! I have been to so many doctors that just wanted to push medication down my throat but Dr Kingsley listened to ME and my concerns, my issues that I was dealing with and we worked together . Dr. Kingsley is great! Pays attention to what I say. Always reviews my chart from previous visit so I don???t have to ???catch her up??? and can go right into recent events. She???s usually on time unless there???s a urgent matter with the previous patient???

Each time I call I have to leave a msg with Dr. Kingsley's asst, Pam. It'd be nice if I could get straight to her ext, leave her a msg if she's busy or on the phone and be able to talk to her return could be a bit quicker. It's just very frustrating when I do have to call and wait for the return call. I try to have my phone with me at all times to answer it right away, unless I'm in a drs office. I do want to say, Pam is good about getting back to me when she can or when she has an answer from Dr. Kingsley.

I have a wonderful psychiatrist, Dr. Kingsley. She takes the time to listen and to help me make good decisions regarding medications. She can always be contacted if I have any questions or need a refill. Very easy to make appointments. She is a very kind person.

I love Dr Kingsley. I am so thankful to have found her years ago and been able to continue as her patient. I look forward to my appointments with her and her assistant Pamela is also amazing!! They are an amazing team and are so quick to respond to any issues or questions I have, which is really hard to find a doctor who is prompt and actually makes you feel like you???re a person and not just another number on an appt list.
