Dr Connolly is always right on top of what has gone on with me and very present to what I am currently going through. I can't say strongly enough how far I have come under her guidance. She is intelligent but not out of touch intelligent. She bases so much of her therapeutic interpretations using examples instead of hypotheticals which improves my chances of remembering what she was trying to explain. She clearly cares without being "codependent"ish. Dr. Connolly can accept and interpret what I'm going through and process it quickly and will give me immediate positive feedback and sound strategies. I trust her - Not many people I trust. I respect her - intelligent and caring - hard to find. She is the best therapist I have had in my life. I have had many.

Dr. Connelly LISTENS. She recognizes the place I'm at with my problem. Her counsel and advise is always the best way forward. I sometimes feel like she is the voice of my own conscience speaking to me. Whenever my PTSD, Depression and anxiety rear their ugly heads, I can count on remembering my sessions with her in order to find a way through the situation. I am lucky to have her as my counselor.

I've been happy with my counselor for years. She knows how I work and is very well balanced for my needs in terms of listening when I need to ramble, validating me whenever possible, and challenging me when she thinks I could grow or change my perspective. She is also very patient and works hard to maintain regular meetings with me. 10/10 would (and will) be counceled again!

I enjoy chatting with Dr Connelly monthly but feel like I'm missing out on a lot of therapy. Being a BINGE drinker, this faction is NOT covered. My husband is getting rather perturbed that I've not stopped drinking as a rule and has encountered me splat-faced upon arriving at home. I kinda feel that I can do that on those nights as I KNOW he'll be here. Submission of this text to Dr Connelly would be greatly appreciated.
