I feel my therapist is suppportive; he doesn't dictate, but we discuss the issues and I can apply what seems to pertain most to me. I've been able to make some connections with why I am in the situation I'm in (adjustment disorder with mild depression). That helps me take actions that may help (such as restricting my participation on Facebook).

I love Dr. Benson! He is a very kind and mature individual. I feel comfortable talking to him, sharing with him, and expressing my self to this genuinely caring person! He is already too busy so maybe I would not recommend Dr. Benson as he is too hard to get an appointment with. I love him. I would have been dead at my own hand years ago were it not for him. He is loving, compassionate and understanding and gives me just what I need to be reminded of.

Dr. Benson had kept me from "jumping" to my death in many incidences. I feel he sincerely cares about me which is something I lack in my life. I have always felt I did not measure up and did not matter but because of him, I do not give up. I detest the new Epic system Baptist has implemented but I love Dr. Benson.

Here's what I like: 1. Having the option of seeing my counselor in person or online 2. Having an attentive counselor who listens and supports 3. Being able to schedule up to 4 sessions in advance 4. Caring individuals at Baptist Behavioural. I can't think of anything that I don't like.

My son likes Dr. Benson. It was the first time for my son talked to someone over an hour. There was a good engagement between my son and Dr. Benson. First I didn't like a session on Zoom, but I realized that my son might have opened up more because he was in his room and felt comfortable.
