From the Doctor:
As a native of western Michigan, I love the outdoors and treasure any time spent there. Among many things, I have a passion for my family, traveling, exercise, and the New England Patriots. I have lived in Florida for nearly ten years and share my life here in Jacksonville with my husband, son, and Shih Tzu.
My philosophy of care is to ensure my client’s needs are understood and met. I accomplish this by individualizing treatment to each client’s unique presenting problems in a supportive environment where one feels safe to explore their thoughts and feelings. I employ a flexible, individualized approach to therapy.
