Dr. Doulens is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and treats patients 12 and up. He has more than two decades of experience specializing in sports medicine and athletic injuries with a clinical focus on the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder and knee conditions. Throughout his career, Dr. Doulens has served as a team physician for professional baseball and hockey teams, including the Jacksonville Suns and the Jacksonville Barracudas, as well as for collegiate and high school athletes. Dr. Doulens began his career in Jacksonville and is pleased to return and join Baptist Health. His philosophy of care is rooted in treating every patient with the same dedication and compassion he would extend to his own family, ensuring the highest level of care for each individual. About Me
I started my career in Jacksonville with the University of Florida, and have had many other interesting opportunities over the years. It is a pleasure to be back in the Northeast Florida area and to join Baptist Health.
My approach to patient care has always centered around the fundamental idea that I treat my patients like I would my family, and offer the best care I possibly can to everyone.
