About Me
Returning to Jacksonville is a true full-circle moment for me. I was born at Baptist Downtown and raised on the Southside, so my roots in this community run deep. It is a privilege to return to my hometown and care for the community that helped shape who I am. My wife and I are thrilled to be back and look forward to becoming more involved in the community. Outside the clinic, I try to practice the healthy habits I encourage in my patients by prioritizing fitness and maintaining an active lifestyle. Most importantly, I enjoy spending time with my family, and whenever we can, we love getting out on the water and enjoying everything Northeast Florida has to offer. Go Jaguars and Go Noles!
I believe the best medicine combines compassionate, patient-centered communication with advanced clinical care. My practice is grounded in the belief that exercise is medicine, and I am passionate about helping patients stay active and healthy throughout their lives. One of the things I enjoy most about sports medicine is being able to combine thoughtful, personalized care with advanced techniques, including precise ultrasound-guided injections, to provide targeted relief for joint and tendon pain. I am driven by the opportunity to help patients understand their condition, ease their concerns and develop an individualized treatment plan that gets them back to the activities they enjoy.
An active community is a healthy community, and I am excited to be part of it. Throughout my career, I have provided sideline coverage for sports teams, supported large-scale event medicine and volunteered at health fairs. I look forward to bringing that experience to Fleming Island and the surrounding community by supporting local schools, athletes and community events. Being able to share my time and sports medicine expertise with the community I now call home is something I am genuinely excited about.
