Job Summary
The role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of structured education, training, and workforce development programs for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across Baptist Health. This role ensures APPs receive competency-driven learning experiences that enhance clinical proficiency, professional growth, and career sustainability. The position will oversee key strategic educational initiatives, including APP Fellowship Programs, Grand Rounds, mentorship programs, and structured onboarding pathways. A primary focus includes centralizing APP student placement, optimizing clinical rotations, preceptor engagement, and partnerships with academic institutions. The role will also integrate competency assessment frameworks, quality improvement initiatives, and research to measure and enhance APP development outcomes. This position reports to the Vice President of Education and Clinical Development and works in close collaboration with the Director of APPs at Baptist Medical Group, ensuring strategic alignment with institutional workforce development goals.
