Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking to add a CDM Analyst I to our Charge Master Team at Baptist Metro Square. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity.

Shift Details: Monday- Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

As a CDM Analyst I, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and maintain all activities around the Charge Description Master for Baptist Health in compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting appropriate reimbursement.
  • Assist the SR CDM Analyst in the developing and facilitating the processes for accurate and timely charge capture through research and analysis of the Charge Master.

Education Required

High School Diploma/GED

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree

Experience

  • 1-2 years Experience with CPT/HCPCS Codes or Charging Required
  • 1-2 years Revenue Cylce Operations Experience Required
  • 1-2 years Experience with Charge Validation Reviews Required

License and Certification

  • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) Preferred Or
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Preferred Or
  • Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) Preferred Or
  • Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) Preferred Or
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Preferred Or
