Job Summary

This role requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy candidate to support the design, implementation, and management of our enterprise-wide learning and training programs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless, engaging, and accessible learning experience for clinical and non-clinical staff across our nonprofit, community-based health system. In addition to managing the LMS, the ideal candidate will possess hands-on skills in eLearning course development, be proficient with instructional design tools, and understand technical standards for digital learning.
