Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking to add a Payer Audit Project Analyst to our team at Baptist Metro Square. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity.
As a Payer Audit Project Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the inventory of accounts that are audited by health plans.
- Developing and updating standard operating procedures for the department and serving as the primary timekeeper.
- Managing payer audits, including responding to payer audit requests and maintaining and reporting on inventory.
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and training for the department.
- Providing general administrative and logistical support to team members and external payer audits to ensure successful completion of audits.
- Supporting the Managed Care Department during negotiations and tracking and resolution of payer issues.
- Supporting the Managed Care Department in negotiation and tracking of letters of agreement.
- Demonstrating excellent working knowledge of regularly used computer applications.
- Having a working knowledge of managed care payer contracts and network bulletins.
- Serving as primary timekeeper for the department. Other duties as assigned.
