Job Summary

Leads the development, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide performance management and talent planning strategies. Oversees the performance management process, ensuring integration with compensation and reward cycles, and champions a culture of accountability, open communication, and ongoing feedback. Drives strategic talent initiatives, including career pathing, talent planning, and leadership development. Leads the transition and implementation of performance systems, such as Workday, to ensure effective adoption, user engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.
