About Me

I am from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and being a huge LSU Tiger fan is basically part of my personality- especially during football and baseball season! I moved to Amelia Island with my husband to be closer to my family and the beach, two things that truly bring me the most happiness. When I am not working, you can usually find me outside with our dogs, taking them on walks or lounging in the sunshine.

My philosophy of care centers on education, empowerment and partnership. I am passionate about decreasing health illiteracy and making the medical world feel less overwhelming and more approachable. What drives me as a provider is being a trusted resource. I strive to create a space where they feel heard, respected and comfortable enough to participate actively in their own health care plan.
