Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA) allow hospitals to take an in-depth look at the communities they serve to identify and prioritize the most significant and critical unmet health needs of the population.
Every 3 years we connect with other local health systems to conduct these CHNAs which provide an overview of Duval County and a summary of health and health-related needs in our geographic area.
