It's quiet and I don't feel like the patients are treated like "cattle". Everyone is personable and helpful without being condescending. I also like that we can get our bloodwork done in the same building!

I feel that I am very fortunate to have found PA Barbara Austin many years ago. She isthe best 'doctor' I have had the pleasure of seeing. She is very efficient, and never lets anything get by her. She helped me with orthopedic issues that had not yet been resolved by specialist. She notices and catch everything and stays on top of everything. If I mention anything from my past medical history, she remembers it and the details. I drive a long distance to be able to see Barbara Austin and it is well worth it. In addition, the office staff in it's entirety are warm, friendly and helpful. I witnessed 2Xs where front office went out of their way to help patients and they did it in such a friendly way. I do not witness this in other medical offices Front office called patients arriving by their names with very welcoming greeting. The Black Creek Baptist office is wonderful in every area and it needs to be known and appreciated because I certainly appreciate it

I have only visited once, but I was very happy with how my visit went. First of all, I was thrilled to see that someone in the office was a Christ follower. Second, I had friendly service and did not wait too long. I also felt very comfortable with the Nurse Practitioner that I saw. Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to being a long time patient here.

My biggest problem with Dr. Jansen's Office is getting them to call back when you leave a message. Sometimes it takes a couple days or no return call. And that is frustrating when you need you Prescriptions renewed.

I have been going to Baptist Primary Care for over a decade. I follow Dr. Jansen where ever he goes. This is my first time going to this doctor's office at their new location (their old location is smaller and across the street). This place is BIG, clean and fancy. It's kind of overwhelming, like it doesn't look like a normal small doctors office. It looks like it is now apart of the hospital. The staff is friendly and the wait time is almost nonexistent, they had me back there to be seen very quickly. I do wish I could've had a virtual appointment because I just needed a medication refill, however I can't complain.

The staff is professional, and friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable and also send referrals in a very timely manner to specialists if they feel it is warranted. Being part of the Baptist system makes seeing all the doctors seemless and they all have access to my records. I'm very glad to have my medical needs taken care of so thoroughly.

It's always a pleasure when we need to go for our check-ups! We're usually greeted by a very sweet smiling Monica. The staff has always been so friendly, and kind and we've never had any issues with any of them! My whole family including my sister's sees Barbara Austin and have for many years! Barbara is precious gem! And her medical assistant, Misty is a sweetheart! I've often, when asked, for recommendations encouraged others to go check them out. I even convinced my own children to make the switch and the grandkids see Dr. Schriver and really like him! We are very happy with our healthcare providers at Black Creek Baptist and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else because there's no place, we've ever been that treats you like family as they do!

I like Barbara Austin so much that I followed her to Fleming Island and I live in Julington Creek. She takes the time to listen and she takes care of every issue and question. I hope to never see any other provider. The office staff and nursing staff are awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable and patient which is so important now days. Also, I never have a wait. The current process of testing at the back door of the office suite could be improved. The phone number posted to call and let staff know you are there sends you around and around to eventually leaving a voicemail message. This is not ideal when you are feeling terribly.
