Outstanding Supporting facility and staff. Response to my request for an unplanned visit was excellent and I was seen within two days. APRN Danielle Ramsey was an absolute pleasure to work with and she showed genuine compassion and concern with my lower back issue. She listened intently to my symptoms completely before formulating a plan forward. I cannot say enough positive things about this practice Dr Wallace and his staff are truly amazing and I highly recommend them !!

Friendly front desk, thorough evaluation of the situation, promptly returned phone call, and in short order, less than 24 hours, I had proper orders to get the MRI I???ve been needing. I had my first appointment with Dr. Wallace???s office, met with Dani. Receptionist was very friendly while checking me in. Upon meeting with Dani, she listened to my concerns, gave me a through check up , evaluated my conditions and explained the process of trying to relieve my problems. I can say I left with more knowledge of the spine and how it works, will take their recommendations on PT and move forward. Just knowing I am an established patient gives me a secure feeling for what may or may not lie ahead. Would highly recommend this group.

The doctor and Danny are so very professional and spent all the time I needed to be well informed. But getting to the office was horrible. I doubt I could even get back to his office when they make my next appointment. My legs were in no way prepared for what I had to endure. And of course there was no disability parking at all.

The entire team lead by Dr. Wallace, and all the support staff especially Danielle, were truly fantastic! It would be nice to have a face to face meeting with someone involved in patients care before the day of surgery. It made me feel like spine #876542, instead of a patient. Also you need to shore up your pre-surgery evals. I was seen 4 days before surgery for this pre-screen. Fortunately for all concerned, I knew what I was doing. I am on Plavix and if I hadn???t known to stop taking 5-7 days prior to surgery, there could have been some tragic results on the one hand or the surgery would have had to be rescheduled if you had asked prior to the surgery. Hopefully this is helpful for you in the future.
