Friendly staff. The nurses and most of the doctors really listen to your issues. I have been seen by the ARNP Jenna. She's wonderful. I think nurse practitioner Spalding is a huge asset. I???ve had two negative experiences since losing Dr. James as my primary. To be clear, neither of those experiences were negative because the practitioners were ???bad??? it was because they just weren???t right for me. I was immediately comfortable speaking with Jenna about my medical concerns. Not only did I feel heard, I felt like she was more concerned for my overall health/wellbeing than I am which is REALLY refreshing. I resigned to keep a lot of my health concerns/issues to myself years ago because I was scared of being dismissed or my concerns being downplayed. This has kept me from staying on top of needed treatments and screenings. People like Jenna can bridge the communication gap that exists between patients who have lost faith in being heard and their medical caregivers.
