The staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially Diane. I feel like I???m in good hands with Dr. Orman and Dr. C. It???s also a big plus to have lab work done at their office and not have to go to Quest. This was my first patient visit and I???m sure I???ll find more to like as time goes on.

I love everything! I am so impressed with Dr Orman, she listens to your concerns and works with you to reach the best level of health. Linda is great with a needle, it didn't hurt at all when she drew my blood, and she's pleasant and patient with each person. Diane is warm and funny, she isn't impatient like many offices.

The staff was welcoming, and attentive. Diane (the receptionist) made the "new patient intake paperwork" as easy as it could be to check in. Linda P (the MA) was friendly and efficient. Excellent phlebotomy technique. Dr Ormand was timely, engaging and remarkably thorough. Very impressed with the whole experience.

Everyone I have been in touch with is polite, knowledgeable, caring, polite, professional, informative and most of all responsive to questions and concerns. After my appointment with Dr Orman I could understand that her staff would reflect her level of care, as she is the most sensitive, though, caring physician I have ever experienced. She takes the time to listen and understand your concerns while going over previous and current medical issues. I have never felt more comfortable with her being in charge of my wellbeing???..she gets me!! I am so grateful!!

I would like to hear from you! I gave a urine sample on my visit on Oct 27th. I was informed by email that I could look at the results. I have NO IDEA what the results mean, Is it serious? Is it something I need to do? I am now seriously concerned and stressed because I have no knowledge of what these results mean. Am I supposed to call up someone (who) and try to find out. What kind of medical care is this? Another thing that perhaps someone could tell me. Blood was drawn at the time of my visit. I think that it was for my thyroid, If that is correct am I going to be notified by e-mail and will I understand the results. This is NO WAY to treat a human being! Dr prescribed an antidepressant without my knowledge despite the fact that I was adamant about not needing or wanting one. When I called to question this, the nurse had an attitude and read me the doctor???s notes saying it was prescribed for insomnia.. I don???t have insomnia and never was it Mentioned during my appointment??? I???m very unhappy with the way this was handled??? I don???t feel that my patient rights were respected.

It was clean, friendly, professional, and well organized. The nurse was great at taking my blood, especially because I have rolling veins. The doctor took lots of time getting to know my husband and I and was extremely through in going over our medical conditions, medications, and history. Dr. Orman is wonderful. She listens, explains in layman terms so you are able to understand any issues you have with lab results or treatment. She is also not hesitant to let you know what is the right thing to do and what treatments you should reevaluate if they may be doing you long term harm even though the short term shows no problem. She is also well known in the Beaches Baptist community and able to talk with other specialists who may also be providing treatment.

The care I receive from "Baptist Age Well", is by far the most comprehensive and well-organized. My care is centered around keeping me as healthy as an aging adult as possible. The careful way that my medical care is administered inspired confidence in the caregivers. When Dr. Ormand attends to me, she is well-versed in my medical condition and issues that need to be targeted to improve my quality of life. She is very thorough and solicits feedback from the patient to get a better understanding of my perception of my medical concerns. Her attending nurse, Kelly is very knowledgeable and skilled in following up on Dr. Ormans recommendations and orders. An example is, while pulling blood samples she knows how to locate the correct vessels and understands how to diminish the pain. Her personality is that of an angel. Follow is timely and informative. Dr. Orman did not want me as a patient because I have fibromyalgia among other conditions and said I should not take a place from someone else whom she might be able to help. She then indicated I should leave her office. I spent several hours filling out paperwork and driving it to her office a week prior to my visit. On it I clearly stated I had fibromyalgia and no one called and canceled the appointment. Dr. Orman not only wasted my time but made me feel incredibly unimportant. She is supposed to be a gerontologist and treat the whole person not just a condition. You can make things right by finding me a primary care doctor who can treat someone with a complicated medical history.

Everyone is very professional in their support for you. If staff says they will do something for you. It is done. Referrals and new prescriptions are sent immediately. Exams via Zoom are thorough and are as thorough you were at the office in person. They maintain their appointments during the day so as to keep the time a patient is seen as close to the scheduled time as possible. When the pharmacy calls for a refill, it is responded to right away. I can't imagine a more well run practice anywhere.

Convenient to my home. Parking is fine. Front office staff is great. Medical staff are competent and provide info and medical services in a very friendly manner. HOWEVER, there is often a problem with info being faxed to another or incorrect doctor or medical facility. Information left for the doctor disappears. Info on the portal is useless and possibly dangerous. Ex. My husband???s weight was recorded on my chart. He is 5???10??? and weighed 200lbs. I am 5???1??? and weigh 155. Big deal? Only for meds prescribed based on ht and weight.

The team at Age Well is prompt and friendly at check-in. The facility is very clean and orderly. They observe the guidelines for the prevention of COVID. All of the staff are personable and knowledgeable about their work. My physician treats the various medical concerns and makes life bearable. She educates the patient and answers any questions raised. If there is further treatment necessary she arranges care at the proper care center. I like Dr. Amon, because of her genuine concern and her vast knowledge of her field. When you get home, you still know what was done and why. They are attentive to the needs of the patient. Everything always goes off without a problem. Everything gets done in a timely way. After the appointment, a blood draw was done. I felt the one small prick and all was painless. The doctors and staff take a personal interest in us and our need. Everyone is very professional and caring! They are excellent about returning calls, setting us up with specialists and so much more. Parking is easy. I have never had to wait for my appointment. If I arrive on time I get taken right in. My husband and I love the treatment we receive at "Age Well" and are very happy with the plan.

Dr. Orman is wonderful. I do have concerns about office management and medical record keeping. Incorrect information was placed on the portal (weight and family medical history, which was correct but suddenly changed). There was confusion about appointment times, reminder calls that gave a different time than was first set up. At my last appointment I was given lab orders that were dated October of 2019. I spoke with the office the next day and was told someone would get back to me. Hopefully that call will come tomorrow, 09/14/2020. Office staff are pleasant and helpful.

As a patient the holistic approach provided by the Age Well Program is a welcome comfort as I move into my senior years. I feel heard, understood, cared for __something we all would like to think we can take for granted from the medical community, but this is not always the case. At Age Well the physicians are generous with their time in answering questions and discussing concerns, the staff are efficient and thorough in followup phone calls, etc. I feel well cared for as a client in the Age Well Program.

This organization Failed to provide timely and adequate care for my wife. We depend on our health care provider to take care of our health. Instead I had to make other medical arrangements to get my wife care on two different occasions. Your organization cannot be trusted to do the right thing. You should terminate the Director of this organization, reorganize, develop a mission/vision and then take a leadership role in the southeast in providing high quality State of the art medicine for seniors
