There is no need for the rude and unprofessional lady in the lobby, especially when you still come to the front desk to check in regardless. Her behavior reflects poorly on the doctors' offices and creates a negative atmosphere for patients. It is important for staff members to be polite and helpful, as it sets the tone for the entire visit. Additionally, having a welcoming and friendly front desk experience can greatly enhance a patient's overall satisfaction. Therefore, it is crucial for the office manager or doctors to address this issue and ensure that all employees adhere to professional standards of behavior. The ladies at the front desk were truly helpful and nice.

It is our first visit to the office. We were respectfully received at the front desk. We could observe smiling faces on those employees who talked to us. That meant a lot to us. The office was neat and well organized. Our doctor, Dr. Clark, was friendly. Our first conversation with him gave us the comfort and confidence that we were in the right hands for our health care. In summary, we were impressed with our first experience.

the doctors are thorough and respectful, and the staff is super kind. The only problem I have is how difficult it is to get an appointment. Otherwise, this is the best experience I've ever had in primary care. I'm a little scarred and jaded by some of my previous experiences, so I'm a hard sell. good job!

I met with Dr. Clark who I found very professional and took the time to hear of my medical concerns. These concerns have been going on for quite a while. (severe and extremely painful leg craps!) I am happy to report the medication he recommended appears to be very helpful!!!!! I also understood he was recommending additional lab work which I did complete on this visit. It was also my understanding that I was to provide an urine sample. When I went to start the lab work I asked the young lady may I do the urine sample because I had been sitting for a while. She stated there had been no request. If that was the case then I extend my apologies, however that was my understanding. I found the young ladies at the front office "extremely professional and courteous!!! I generally do all my labs at M.D. Anderson; I am not clear if these two facilities are "not" in the same medical network however it is very frustrating when I provide medical information it does not always "appear" to be shared with my primary physician. On today (07/25/23) I had lab work that was recommended by Dr. Clark which required me to fast; however the order in the system was per Dr. Mai (my cardiologist) I also learned there was lab work ordered by my primary (Dr. Foy) which I never received notification. I did however complete this on my visit 07/25/23, M.D. Anderson. Finally, I don't know if it is "your system, human error or a lack of attention to detail" whatever the case it is very frustrating. I do not feel it is the patient's responsibility to figure it out!!! I would like to thank "all the Doctors". Involved in my care however I do hope the concerns expressed will be taken under advisement.

My husband is a patient of Dr. Clark, he is very informative and patient. His took care to make sure we understood everything he discussed and his kind spirit put us at ease. I am a patient of Dr. Foy, I saw her in the past and when I found her at this practice I knew I was delighted to be her patient again. I needed a refill on a prescription. My normal doctor could not see me for 3 months. Another doctor saw me to give me a prescription for 3 months until I could see my regular doctor. I had to pay my co pay and ask him for a refill. In 3 months I???ll go into my regular dr and ask her to refill it for a year. Really?!? This is a ripoff and a scam. I have high blood pressure. Dealing with the red tape and wasteful cost/time, increases my blood pressure!

First as a New Patient just getting an appointment was a horroring experience. I made an appointment for me and my mother as new patients. My Mother is scheduled to have CHEMO on the 9th. Her appointment was scheduled for the 10th. I called to reschedule her appointment, the incompetent scheduler canceled my appointment, on May 3rd and rescheduled my mothers appointment to the 23rd of May using my name and my mother's date of birth. The lady at check in ask me to come in Thursday the 4th @ 2:30. Dr. Clark was very nice and encouraging. At the end of my visit I waited 45 minutes in the exam room to have lab work done. Dr. Clark came in the room and said "You're still here?" During my consultation with Valerie, my nurse, and Dr. Clark, I mentioned I'm on TRULICITY insulin. Dr. Clark showed me where he put a request for my TRULICITY, but when I reached out to my Walgreens pharmacy at baptist medical center 5:30 pm the next evening they informed me that they never received a request. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Dr. Foy has a beautiful reputation and talk about her a lot. Was looking forward to receiving care to manage my diabetes.

Dr. Justin Clark!!!! He is totally awesome!!!! But we must also say the staff is outstanding as well, so kind, sweet, they actually care here which is a 4-gotten quality in the medical field nowadays. For some reason no one seems to care anymore but not here. We drive over an hour to get care from Dr. Clark and we would drive even further just to see him. He was our doctor when he was in Gainesville, it was a very sad day when he left but God has a way to turn things around, as he is BACK and once again, we have him caring for our daughter. He is genuine, he actually cares, takes time to listen, he actually wants to help you, if he does not know the answer he will find the answer, this does not exist anymore. I pray he stays this way 4-ever as we need so many more Dr. Clark's in this world! It is no fun to be sick or need medical attention in the first place but when you actually can't wait to see your doctor than you hit the "JACKPOT" We love Dr. Clark. And to top it off he has a wonderful caring staff that surrounds him. From the moment we walked through the doors it was such a wonderful, pleasant feeling, you just know everything is going to be okay, such a feeling of peace. Everyone is so friendly, happy, like you have been friends for years, it just seems to make all your fears, worries go away. And then Dr. Clark walks through the door and you know all is right in this world. We are all so lucky and blessed to have him as our doctor, but mostly that God put him here to help not only us but all of us. God is good!!!!!

From what I learned, it???s a new office for the clinic location and it???s very nice when walking in. I appreciated the greeter at the door who was very courteous and who helped myself and another person to find the correct door in which to enter. It sounded like it was a temporary set up due to a car accident that had occurred in the parking lot. She escorted us, assuring we made it to the correct area, and also informed us of the other businesses within the office building. The place is very nice and clean, with plenty of seating. I established myself as a new patient that day with Dr. Clark, and was so thrilled when I left!! His nurse who roomed me was very nice and polite, and also very thorough to modify the info on my chart according to our conversation, with making sure my med list was up to date in accordance with the pharmacy reconciliation. Dr. Clark is a very nice person who also shared his empathy re: my last few years and was attentive with planning my care. He is personable and likes to learn about who he is caring for. I work as a Nurse Practitioner in an urgent care setting and have already referred 3 of my patients to him, as well as a friend. Yes, I could easily find a PCP whom is closer to my home, but I will not think twice about driving the nearly 20 miles for my visits!! When you find you match with a PCP, I believe they???re worth driving 2 hours if that???s what it takes!! The convenience of having a phlebotomist on-site was fantastic!! Lastly, Dr. Clark is younger than me and won???t be retiring anytime soon like my last PCP did!!???????????????? Thank you Dr. Clark for ALL you do for your patients!! You are a blessing to so many!!
