A person during business hours answers the phone. Dr. Brinkman is a doctor of doctors. Who has a heart for concerns, ailment, issues with his patients. If one has benefits or Insurance, they would certainly receive the suggestion from Andre to try Baptist health.

Everyone on the Staff is so friendly and accommodating. It's a pleasure to go to the Doctor's Office after 70 yrs. of feeling like a cow being funneled into a boxcar. Great People !! BUT... Dr. Brinkman himself, is such a relief from "the norm". He's a down-to-earth, straight forward, sympathetic, helpful guy. Love the convenience of the facility to my home. The staff is friendly and welcoming. When I met with the PA before the doctor came in he didn???t seem to just be recording information, he seemed to really listen to my concerns. Dr. Brinkman also listened to my concerns and offered suggestions for improving my health. This should be the norm in a doctor???s office, but has become the exception. I have already recommended the office to two of my relatives. I hope they will make a change.

Need to get better on wait times. My appt for for 8:00am. I was told to arrive at 7:45am and i did all the pre-check in. I didn't get taken back to a room until 8:20am. That is too long to be waiting especially if I'm the first visit of the day.

Dr. Brinkman was awesome! He wanted all of my medical records sent to him so he could review them. He asked that I schedule a future appointment to allow him time to review my records. He seemed very passionate about making sure I had the best medical care available. My primary care physician retired and I was skeptical about changing offices. I waited over two hours after my scheduled appointment time to be seen, then they do a strep test and say they will call me with the results and I haven't heard anything since. Very disappointed.

The Callahan Baptist office personnel are all professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable or procedures and safe health practices. We were very pleased and are happy our brother Terry recommended this new doctor and his supportive staff.

The scheduling was easy and they got me in quickly. My appointment was with Dr. Brinkman. Dr. Brinkman was very friendly and chatting with me about my medical history and my current medical issues. He listened to what I had to say and I felt very comfortable & confident in him. I've scheduled my follow-up wellness visit with Dr. Brinkman. Very impressed with his caring nature. I highly recommend Dr. Brinkman. Dr. Brinkman's PA was delightful as well. Very impressed with the Callahan office. Sincerely

Dr was much better we switch from the clinic on Dunn because of the Dr. The office was nicer on Dunn but the staff at Callahan was nicer more personable.

I???ve always been treated with kindness in this office. Casey is always nice to me. After my husband tested positive for Covid, I started displaying symptoms and called to be seen. They were able to work me in that day! Dr. Brinkman did a fantastic job talking me through my symptoms, and came up with a plan for me that had me sleeping better that night and fever-free in two days. His exceptional bedside manner was so refreshing when I didn???t feel well. He showed patience as I struggled to talk and he made recommendations for my treatment. We decided as a team where to start. He didn???t throw stats at me or bring up deaths. He heard me??? he recognized my anxieties and showed compassion and warmth. I am so happy with the care Dr. Brinkman has given me and appreciate his willingness to follow me as I feel I???m on the uphill swing of this. A huge shoutout for Jen, too. She has shown nothing but kindness & empathy towards me, and I can???t put words to how nice it is to have BMC Callahan as part of my healthcare team! This office deserves kudos for professionalism, compassion, empathy and patience. Well 1st I liked a sign posted on the door stating that in order to enter the building that you have to wear a mask. in addition it states IF you have any of the symptoms listed here YOU should NOT enter the building. I really appreciated that ! The office had a direct contact, when entering, to the front desk to check in for your appointment. The staff was quick to to recognize my presence and note that I had an appointment and to fill out the appropriate paper work due to it being my 1st appointment at this facility. The waiting room was very cozy and well lit, with chairs blocked off 6 feet apart, which I again was happy to see. Thank you for a warm and comfortable waiting room. After a few minutes I was taken to a room, with decorative wall pictures of the ocean which I think was very tasteful and warm. Very inviting office and comfortable !!
