About Me

I enjoy spending my free time with my best friend and wife of 36 years. In the past, I enjoyed Barbershop chorus and quartet singing and together we performed and competed as a Pro/Am Ballroom dance couple. I have also been known to enjoy the ocean and boating. Fishing was our great enjoyment for many years until we converted to the RV style of travel, having been to many places in our different RVs since 2008. Mixed in between all of this, I have restored antique automobiles since the 1950s. I find them and then restore and enjoy touring with several antique automobile clubs, especially in our favorite, a 1915 Model T Ford in our 1915 style outfits (vintage originals and some reproductions made by my wife).

Having grown up in a medical family, I was taught the art of medicine by my father at an early age and practiced country-doctor-style medicine, adhering to his adage, "Listen to the patient long enough and they will tell you what is wrong". I am privileged to be able to treat patients and help them stay healthy, practice preventive medicine and encourage interactive discussions with them to assist in their treatment.
