About Me

I moved to Jacksonville from the NYC area with my husband, our two children and our energetic goldendoodle. We chose this community for its beautiful weather, beaches and endless opportunities for outdoor activities. In my personal time, I enjoy Pilates, weight lifting, reading and trying my hand at cooking healthy meals for my family.

My philosophy of care is centered on listening first. I want every patient to feel heard and supported in their health journey. I believe in empowering individuals through education, helping them understand their conditions, and making them true partners in their own care. I’m passionate about prevention—teaching patients how nutrition, lifestyle and early action can play powerful roles in protecting long-term health.
