Staff was very friendly and I didn???t have to wait long , I was called back right away??? The nurse was very polite and thorough. I love Dr. Garcia he listen to all my concern's , he goes over anything that needs to be addressed in my blood work and he is very knowledgeable and makes sure I???m up to date for for all my necessary appointments colonoscopy, mammogram etc??? also make sure I have my prescriptions???

We have been patients of Dr. Garcia for over 15 years. My husband and I are 85 years old, and recently we've been to an emergency room. When we need to schedule a follow-up appointment with Dr. Garcia, his staff is always accommodating. My husband has Alzheimer???s, and I feel it necessary to be with him for his appointments; so the staff is always accommodating to make our appointments together. AND being patients of Dr. Garcia is a real blessing.

The office is well run and the staff along with the professional staff are proficient and thorough. The facility is clean and the floor plan is designed to have a logical flow. The only thing I observed that needs an easy fix is in the waiting area. The seating arrangement has a guest chair sitting too close to the check-in counter.

We as a couple like all at the office. We like how we are treated as people and not as a number. We are taken quickly and welcomed. When I call on the phone I can clearly hear the other person on the line and I don???t have to say please repeat because of an accent.

From when you walk in office dealing with the person taking your info to the nurse doing your vitals and of course my wonderful doctor to check out, all are friendly, professional and competent. Dr. Garcia is the best primary I've ever had, he's concerned and always takes time to listen. My aunt now goes to him because I told her she would be happier with him.

Memorable impression from the minute you enter the reception area; clean, spaclous and nicely furnished. Receptionist, nurses and office staff are professional, personable, and caring individuals. My primary physician, Dr. Fidel Garcia, oversees and ensures that I received the right kind of care based on my health condition. I referred my aunt to Baptist Primary Care Lakewood when she moved back to Jacksonville several years ago.
