About Me

I grew up in the Jacksonville area and am a lover of all things spicy, action movies and am wary of people who do not like avocados. If I’m not with my twin or being a foodie, I usually love to spend my time doing something creative such as painting.

My philosophy of care is focused on creating a space where my clients can access their power that is within themselves for healing. I accomplish this with the creative process. Art therapy is definitely about the process not the product; to make mistakes, make a mess, learn something new, and have something tangible at the end.
